I used all Marvin windows and sliding door in my new build, which was finished in November 2021. The sliding door did not work properly. It did not slide, came out of the track, and would not lock. Additionally, the screen on the door was impossible to open. It refused to stay in its track, and we were finally forced to hammer a wood strip along the edge of the track just to keep in in at all! They finally sent a tech rep out to look at the issues. He adjusted the rollers on the door itself and put some sort of gunk on the metal rail. This worked for a while, but we are once again having issues with it. The screen is another story. It has a locking mechanism on it, but there is absolutely nothing on the door frame to. accept the lock! I called Marvin numerous times. Finally, last summer, I spoke to someone who looked into the issue for me. She told me that the door had been determined to be a dud and was now back in R&D for redesign. She said we would not have a new door that summer. Another summer is now in the books. I heard nothing from them, and contacted them again. Now they tell me that they are sending me a new screen door! This in no way addresses the issues.

Desired outcome: I want the entire junk door replaced!
