In March 2023 I ordered and paid for 3 windows from Marvin through one of their dealers at a cost of over $11,000. I was told delivery was running about 18 to 20 weeks which was why i purchased in March and did not wait until summer. At about 18 weeks as I was confirming the carpenter and painter for install I call Marvin's dealer who after calling Marvin was then told delivery was running about 22 weeks. Again not a problem as that was falling into summer. At 22 weeks we again had to contact the Marvin dealer who called Marvin again yet another delay. Finally at 24 weeks (6 months) we received 2 of the windows and were promised the 3rd within 3 weeks of that delivery. By this time I had called Marvin myself several times and was told that Marvin always informs their dealers of delays at every step. However I had the dealer we worked with show me the screen Marvin claims as their information highway and the data was outdated and incorrect. We delayed carpenters and painters for this last window. We are now going into 30 weeks and no window. In calling Marvin myself as their dealer was as confused as we were I was told that oops the window was on the delivery truck but was taken off and no one was told. Clearly Marvin has communication issues. Now they will no longer return calls, inform our dealer or tell us where our window ($5,400) window is.

Desired outcome: Refund full or partial to cover the now extra fees our carpenter and painter will charge for last minute schedule changes and our weather is changing now to 30s at night and 50s day so I am unsure if painting is still possible.
