This car lot is not good. I buy car with cash and only have for month and half and now it overheating. I pay almost 11,000 for car and now it in shop. I call Manager Greg and he hang up on me. I call Jackie and she say I buy someone else problems. Now I have to catch rides and take cabs because car in shop. Rip off!

Me and my hubby bought a 2017 Chevy 1500 LTZ from *** Bordelon at Marketplace Chevy on Dec 31, 2020. It cost us about $46,000. We asked about the truck's history and he told us what the previous owner traded it in for. We put $7,000 down and financed the rest. But just 10 miles down the road, the engine light came on. We called the dealership and scheduled to bring it back in a couple of days. This happened a few times and we had to leave it at the dealership for repairs. My hubby's job changed and we needed a 3/4 ton to pull a 5th wheel, so we decided to trade it in. But we found out that it had been in a wreck in 2019, which took $10,000 off its value! They never told us about the damage when we asked about the history. I think the salesman knew but didn't tell us.

Marketplace Chevy in Bossier City, LA did something bad. They looked at my credit report without asking me. One of their workers, named ***, talked to my wife about selling a 2018 van I got in 2020. *** took my SSN and birthday from a file they had from when I got the van and looked at my credit report without asking me. I wasn't there and my wife didn't have permission to use my info. I'm the only one on the van. I called to complain about the worker and to ask what Marketplace will do to fix it. A boss named *** Williamson said it's normal for one spouse to start a deal and the other to finish it. But I never said they could look at my credit report and I told *** that my wife didn't have permission.

I got my car from Marketplace Chevrolet-Buick on 4/23/22. They said they'd fix some issues with the car, like the driver side light cover, the rims, and the scratches in the back. They also said the car was never wrecked or flooded. But when I got home, I heard a clicking noise. I called the salesperson and she said to bring it back next week. I took it back on 4/26 and got loaners until 6/3. They said it was fixed, but it wasn't. I took it back and the rims were fixed, but not the light cover or the back. The owner said to take it to their other location in Stonewall, LA. They said it was ready on 6/17 and the mechanical problem seemed fixed. But the owner won't return my calls about finishing the job. They've had my car for 2 months and everything should be fixed by now.

I buyed a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan with extended warranty from Marketplace Chevrolet-Buick in Bossier City, LA. Two days later, I noticed that the second row seat was locked up and couldn't fold down into storage. I took the van back to the dealership and they said they couldn't fix it there and we'd have to take it to their main location. They said we wouldn't be charged because we had the extended warranty, but we'd have to pay a $100 deductible if any parts needed to be replaced. Because of Covid and surgeries, I couldn't take the van in until 5 months later when I was getting the oil changed and still trying to get the state safety inspection sticker. When I got to the Stonewall, LA service department, they said they couldn't look at the van unless I paid a diagnostic fee and my $100 deductible. I told them what the Bossier City dealership had said, but they still charged me. I got the oil change done, but the inspection sticker is still pending and the van seat issue was not fixed.
