Mpell Solutions LLC's rebate process is a real pain in the neck. We had to pay for the shipping rebate card, which was a real hassle. We had to go to the bank to get a cashier's check, which was a real pain. And the customer service was not very friendly at all. It was a real hassle to deal with them.

This company is terrible! I signed up with *** for security service and they offered a $100 gift card from Mpell Solutions. You had to send in the information within 3 days of installation. Unfortunately, I had a health crisis that lasted for months and I submitted the request late with a letter asking for a one-time exception. I just received a letter back 5 months later with a disappointing response. They said they couldn't give me the gift card because of the expiration date. They run this promotion all the time, so I know they weren't out of gift cards. I'm going to tell *** about this and hopefully they'll use a different company for promotions.

Mpell Solutions LLC is a great company to work with. They have helped me with my website and it looks so much better now. They were really helpful and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with their website. The only thing that was a little confusing was their pricing, but once I talked to them about it, it made more sense. Overall, I am really happy with their service and would use them again in the future.

Got *** put in my crib back in May . They said they'd give me a $100.00 gift card if I filed with MPell Solutions. I filed with MPell and sent them a check for processing. MPell cashed my check on May 29. But they still haven't sent me my gift card and they ain't been answering my emails or phone calls.

I checked the purchase history, and there was nothing there. They took almost 4 months to arrive, and now they're useless. This company is a scam, and I want what I was promised. No solution they offer will be good enough.
