Terrible
ManoMano is one of the worst websites I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is not an exclusion, unfortunately.
First of all, their website is not a user-friendly, sometimes it's buggy and glitchy. You will spend a lot of time trying to order something, and no, it doesn't depend on your PC or laptop or whatever you use.
Customer service. Not useful, not helpful. Negative in general. I was extremely disappointed when I realized they wouldn't help me with my issue and I would have to resolve it by myself.
I don't recommend using this website, guys.

A shed delivered to me on 8/12/17
To Whom it may concern: I am writing to you in regards to an order i had from you, a metal shed order number: M171203440526, I want to complain about the delivery company you used, they delivered the shed on Friday 8/12/17 they never informed us on which day the were going to make the delivery so i couldn't make arrangements for someone to be at home for the delivery, when they did arrive there was no one at home so it was just left outside against a wall at the front of the house, anyone could of come along and stole it, and had it rained the boxes it was in would of got totally drenched, this is totally unacceptable, the boxes look like they have been dragged up the garden path because of the condition of them, when my wife got home she had to find someone to help her get them into the porch area, had they bothered to try the porch door they could of left it in there. If they had at least told us the day of delivery i could of sorted something out. I shall be checking the contents of the box and if there is any damage to the parts, i shall be contacting you to come and collect it and take it away, i would also suggest you contact the delivery company and ask for an explanation about their careless behaviour, Yours Sincerely, P.Burke

Damaged product
Ordered a plasterboard lift, The item was damaged on delivery making this unsafe to use. I lost a full weekend of labor (cost £600) due to this. I am now told by ManoMano I have to pay the expense to ship this item back for a refund after some a lengthy email exchange, I have no confidence I will get my refund and I will be out of pockit for the return

I found something I was looking for on ManoMano website and immediately made an order. I was very happy and excited about my purchase and couldn't wait for it to arrive. About two weeks later I was contacted by ManoMano and told that my order was no longer in stock. They said that I can pick something else but refused and asked for a refund. I'm very disappointed with ManoMano, they should update their site information more often.

Return process
Ordered a product from ManoMano and was very disappointed with everything. First of all my item was damaged during the shipment because of poor packaging. When I contacted ManoMano customer service and asked for a refund they said that first I need to send the defective one back at my own expense. They refused to give me a return label!
Shipping was way too expensive and there was absolutely no point in sending anything back. Will never buy from them again! Return process is a nightmare.
