Malath Insurance approval

Myself Imran ALi Mushtaq

today i have severe stomach pain, Dr.Soliman Fakhee (Dr.Mumtaz) done my checkup and suggest (ultra sound And blood Test) Dr. Soliman Fakhee hospital send for approval to Malath Insurance, they rejected (reason Lab not justified) then doctor from Soliman fakhee send again with justification and they rejected again for same reason, When i CAll Malath and wants to talk to their doctor She said I cannot talk to the doctor and she Cut my phone line and then never answer..
I attached files below i have still pain kindly need help.

Malath Insurance Claim delayed

This is the situation with my car, I really don’t understand why this take too LONG processing, until today.

• Dec 8, 2015: Alyusr / Malath Insurance (approved repair cost from Haji Husein Alireza Mazda)
• Dec 9, 2015: i delivered my Mazda CX5 KKJ 3842 to Haji Husein Alireza to repair job #: 435397
• Jan 13, 2016: after more than 1 month car is finished, handed the PERFORMA Invoice to ALYUSR / Insurance
• Jan 20, 2016: claim #: 1026514 received the check from ALYUSR / Malath Insurance, the check was rejected due to WRONG INFORMATION, returned the check back to ALYUSR / Insurance.
• Feb 17, 2016: still don’t have any idea what is happening (I already lost 4, 000 +++ riyals and still going for more than 2 months car rentals).
