We went to buy gold bangles on malabar gold last month (18-Sep-2013) and booked the order. While placing the order we had been assured by Mr.Shafi that while calculating the final amount once the bangles are ready we would be charged on the order booking date of gold charges for metal rate and making charges. Today when we went to buy the bangles first of all the weight of finished good was increased by 3.9 gm and the executive said that now this 3.9 gm and making charges will be charged on today's (24-Oct-2013) date . Further arguing with them they agreed to consider gold price for 18-Sep-2013 yet making charges were calculated on 24-Oct-2013 gold rate. Their executive said this is thier policy. I would like to complain about the false promises made during placing an order and then cheating us by charging extra money. Mr. Shafi misguided us by giving wrong information of policies while placing the order. I am highly dissatisfied, unhappy and cheated with the way they deal with thier customer.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Uncut diamond got damaged in first use.submited the same and got repaired from your Mumbai team via alappuzha showroom. Then again in first use the same complaint occured . Why this much careless in our valuable money and time .

I went last week to purchase some gold jewelry for my wife at Majid India at Kuala Lumpur and I want to highlight the behavior of one of the customer representative as he was very arrogant with me and my wife and used bad words when I said I will provide your feedback to head office.I want to look into this matter as he is from Bangladesh.
Employees don't have enough knowledge about the scheme. They are rude to customers.
I have been a regular customer for the past four years even though they don't treat the customer in a good manner.

i was also over charged by 45 thousand rupees at the name of making charges, when i ordered online a platinum bracelet.They do cheat at the name of making charges completely agree. i was also been over charged 8 thousand rupees at the name of GST, THOUGH i PAID THE
FULL amount BEFORE 40 days GST was implemented, and the delivery of the product took 40 days, i had to pay GST tax. on over all i have paid 53 thousand rupess extra, cheated by Malabar online store
Their company is just a rip off. I will just suggest not to even buy $1 worth of stuff from them. The making charges is around 40% and they will ask you to pay more even if they made a mistake in showing the specifications on online catalog. The manager Hitun is really stupid and will assure you that you will get the best and he will solve the problem but at the end will email you to pay more or cancel the order. If you are talking to agents "Vaibhav" and "Rohit", then stop chatting because they are biggest liar. They have no idea about exact weight of gold, design, and above all super dumb in the field of jewelry. Overall, I will suggest stay away from this website selling gold. Not worth it. You will end up losing more money then enjoying for a while with the item you have brought.
