Malabar Gold & Diamonds review: Disappointing experience with Malabar jewellery’s customer support

I wanted to share my experience with Malabar Jewellery so others can be aware.

I had previously purchased jewelry from them, so I still had their bank account details saved. Unfortunately, I accidentally transferred money to their account. I immediately contacted them by phone and email multiple times, requesting that the money be returned.

Since I wasn’t getting any response, I asked a friend in India to visit the store on my behalf. The staff confirmed that the money had been received in their account. However, despite acknowledging receipt of the funds, my refund was not processed, and my emails continued to go unanswered.

I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Mistakes can happen, and I expected a company with such a reputation to help resolve an honest error by promptly returning the money. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I hope Malabar Jewellery will resolve this matter and improve its customer service for customers facing genuine issues.”
