Malabar Gold & Diamonds review: Weight discrepancy in gold necklace

Dear Malabar gold and diamond Customer Service Team,
I am writing to report a discrepancy in the weight of the necklace 2 qty. I purchased it from your website on 29.08.2025.
According to the invoice no ECOGS0030279, [Net Wt/g -1.390 & Gross Wt/g - 17.090 ] & invoice no ECOGS00302780 [Net Wt/g -1.390 & Gross Wt/g - 17.130 ] weight is listed as Weight on Bill.
Today I visited at Malabar gold & diamonds at Ghatkopar east for buy back purpose, upon verifying the weight at a weighing scale at malabar, the actual weight of invoice no ECOGS0030279 is 16.982g & invoice no ECOGS00302780 is 17.011g.
This constitutes a significant difference in the product delivered compared to what was charged.
After verifying both the invoices observed different weight specifications of the same product, I request you to rectify this error by adjusting the billing & offer a refund for the difference in weight.
Attached are invoice copies & weight done at malabar store for your reference; Kindly do the needful.
