Magid Glove

My order came in a box that was wide open and the plastic bags of gloves inside were all empty, with one pack missing. I made a complaint to UPS and they approved and issued a claim. I also called UPS and they confirmed that the claim was resolved, but I haven't heard anything about getting a refund for the missing items. I called Magid customer service and they said they haven't received the damaged items back. I tried to explain that the UPS claim stated the items were missing, not damaged, but the agent interrupted me and didn't let me finish my sentence. She said she would contact the warehouse to check on the claim and get back to me, but she never did. Now I'm left without the gloves and without a refund.

We was lookin' on the Magid website for masks and on their website they said these face shield was good for protectin' yourself agains the covid19 and we purchased 'em. When we got the shields the shields was not as they described, they said the face shields was clear and able to be seen through clearly. The shields are not clear and you can't see anyone 4 feet or more in front of you, they are very blurry. We tried to contact 'em the first few times and we kept gettin' an answerin' machine, after that we got ahold of someone and was told we was gonna be given a return mailin' form and one was never shipped out. We want out money back, these shields are not as described and not worth usin'.
