This was our 3rd order with AnyPromo.com and it was just as wonderful, easy, and quick as the first two. Our most recent item was the 8 Bit Metal Screwdriver Tool Kit w/Metal Clip (Item #:673105). Roberto P and the team are so quick to response and make it easy to make edits to your product once you proof it. Best prices I have found as well!

I worked with Eva A and two other team members on a Bubbles order. Unfortunately, our initial order was out of stock and the other team member was quick to finding me an alternative to meet our deadline. Eva then followed up with invoices and shipping details. She answered my questions on the revised invoices and followed up to ensure shipment was delivered. Thank you team.

This was our first time ordering from AnyPromo and we had a request for 150 Squeezie Buses with our Logo and phone number with a quick turn around date. I worked with Riley Haynie and Albert who were able to meet our needs, get me an estimate and proofs quickly and able to send my order to production and I was able to meet my time line. They were a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I truly appreciate Yessenia Campos for helping me to place my order and receive it ON TIME! We are on a time crunch and she worked with me, as well as Mr. Albert, to make sure that I received the proof quickly, she made the changes needed, and actually was able to rush production so that I receive my order one day early. She was very kind, friendly, and understanding. I would definitely order with AnyPromo again because of Yessenia and Albert.

I had an amazing experience with my two orders. I needed frisbees for two different companies for a 4th of July parade and I ordered them less than two weeks out. My order was processed right away, a proof was provided for accuracy within 24 hours and my orders both shipped ahead of schedule. Eva ***, my customer support person was amazing and answered all my questions right away and assured me my order was a priority and would be on time. Thank you!

This was our first order with AnyPromo.com. We had a great experience. Roberto made the process of ordering from this company very easy. Actually, the process was so easy that I was worried that I had not done enough. When I have ordered from other companies the process was so much more involved. Roberto sent an email to make sure that our products had arrived and that we were happy with our order. I would highly recommend this company for any promotional needs.

NOT HAPPY! Ordered 300 custom-printed toothpaste tube squeezers. Have a printout that the cost was supposed to be $237.00. The charge on my credit card was $646.80. They said they sent me a proof, that I approved. I approved a proof of what the printing would be, not that I changed my order to 1,000 squeezers! The order invoice on the website, that I just printed, also says $237.00. NOTHING says $646.80. By the size of the box, I did get 1,000 squeezers. With the correct information. However, that is NOT what I ordered. NOT HAPPY!

By far the worst experience I had ever had with a promo company. Terrible customer service, lack of communication. Had to cancel 2 of 3 orders after being strung along for over a month of "in production" or "no longer in stock" - I had to actively stay on our rep, Yessenia, so approve design, process payment, and provide updates. We regularly work with promo companies and understand the struggle with shipping/port issues, however the lack of communication or avoidance was by far the most frustrating experience i've had in 10 years. Would give 0 stars if possible

I understand that most people go on the ComplaintsBoard.com site to air their displeasure over a less than stellar experience (thus the challenge of having a high rating on this site). I thought I'd share my experience which was top-notch. We ordered about 8 items (2 of which were back ordered). The items themselves were competitively priced and when they arrived, we found them to be of good quality. From beginning to end, we received regular communication. Cristian Castro was the initial product consultant/sales rep and then Roberto Polanco kept us in the loop until the final item arrived. He reached out on several occasions to make sure we were happy with the products and to keep us in the loop regarding the remaining items. Excellent first experience and we will be using them again.

I placed an order and worked with Yessinia and Albert. Yessenia was top notch from the get go. She answered any questions in a timely manner, sent me the workup of the artwork to be placed on my article and worked with me until I was completely satisfied with it and also kept me up-to-date with information when I could expect the order since the article was on back order. She contacted me as soon as she knew the article was in stock and then also contacted me with shipment information. I received my order in plenty of time and it was even better than I expected. Yessenia also followed up with an email to say that I should have received the shipment and to ensure that I was satisfied which I was. She also worked closely with Albert to ensure that I would receive the order in time. I am one happy customer.

I recently placed my first orders with AnyPromo and I am EXREMELY happy with the all-around experience so far! The customer service is truly exceptional. Robert P. and the team at their call-in service have been so helpful with my ordering and production questions that came up. To me, customer service is the most important thing when I'm doing business with any one and I am not easily impressed - this team impressed me. I have received about half of the items I ordered so far- the quality is very good and the items came early or right on the date quoted. So far I've received the lanyards, stress reliever "squeezies," grocery tote bags, and small packet planner calendars and I am VERY happy with the quality of the imprinting and the actual items themselves. Not only do I recommend ordering from AnyPromo, I can definitely say they have made a long term customer with me!

Select another print company. First order. Worked with Georgina, ***., and Akira in addition to having to request to speak with a supervisor/manager on multiple calls. Every time you call, someone new wants to help and you have to start over again. The only way around was to ask for a manager or supervisor. Eva sends emails yet will not pick up the phone to call regarding an order over $5,000. I was told the warehouse was running on fumes due to high orders and they were slipping on a few things. Additionally, I was told there were no issues with the print items (although I had received & answered emails from Eva). I was told the reason one item did not arrive was due to them not updating shipping even though it was their delay in printing. Although this shows the business is open 24 hours, there is a recording stating they are open Monday - Friday, regular business hours.

Item ordered: Bamboo Wood Cell Phone Stand for a sustainable themed event. I'm a happy camper. Special thank you to Lorraine and Roberto. Lorraine was fantastic at customer service and Roberto was equally fantastic with the proofs and processing. Quick turnaround times from order to artwork to delivery. 2 thumbs up! Customer/attendee response to item is pending, event is upcoming at the end of July. My only suggestion would be to is to add sustainable packaging i.e. a hemp/ or eco-friendly material pull-string bag for the 2-piece phone holder vs the sealed plastic it comes packaged in. Another option would be a clip or elastic band if they are made out of recycled/eco-friendly materials as well. This may add to the cost but it makes sense to have something that holds this item. The plastic packaging is not resealable, but an eco plastic zip bag? Hey there's another idea ;o)

I had purchased an item from Anypromo several months ago, we were interested in ordering more in 2021, as the item was a well-received by the staff here. I had communicated this to our Account Rep, she was excited to work with us when we were ready. Today i received an email for a promotion for the end of the year, i browsed the item i was interested in and added it to my cart to see how it would price out, not being low enough to squeeze into this years budget, i decided to wait until 2021 officially starts. I received a voicemail and email from another staff member at Anypromo say they could offer a special discount, among other things. I replied that I'm not in the office at the moment but would like a quote with the special discount mentioned, and i would review it upon my return to the office later in the day. And that this would be a reorder of an item we ordered several months ago, just upping the quantity. He replied "Will do". I never received a quote, what i received was an order confirmation for an order i didn't place. I tried contacting my account rep immediately, as she sent the confirmation, she didn't answer. I transferred to the operator, who wasn't much help, but did manage to track down my account rep, operator transferred me to my account rep, again no answer, transfer back to operator, no answer. Hang up and call my rep again, finally an answer. She doesn't see the big deal, the order wouldn't have processed without my approval on the proof, completely missing that someone in her staff placed an order in my name without my approval. And once this was brought to her attention she became very insensitive to the matter, and simply stated she would just cancel the order, offering no explanation of how an order was placed without approval, or an apology that this happened.

I saw an ad for Anypromo.com saying it was only $20 a month, but they didn't tell me they were gonna charge me for a whole year. My biz only runs for 3 months, so that's a big problem. The peeps in Customer Service were no help at all and just kept giving me the runaround.

I orderd 500 truck-shaped stress relievers (SA39404) from Anypromo. They showed me a proof for the design, confirmed my order, and took my payment of more than $1,000. But then they said they don't have the item in stock. I've been trying for more than a month to get my money back, but they keep saying they'll help but can't get the company to follow through. I've sent many emails and even tried online chats to get help with this issue.

Anypromo sent cups we ordered, but they were all misprinted and 72 were missing. This messed up our holiday order. We also got a full set of cups meant for another customer. When we told them, their team didn't reply for days. Then they said their emails were slow and offered only $80 back on a $600 order. Don't use this company! We're a small biz with tight margins and deadlines. Anypromo's mistake made us miss Christmas delivery and we still don't know when we can give our customers their stuff. It's not fair that companies like Anypromo take advantage of small businesses.

I bought some pens from AnyPromo.com and they messed up the printing location. I approved the proof and paid $162 for 300 pens, but when they arrived, the printing was in the wrong spot. The website shows the printing just below the clip, but on my pens, it starts way lower. Other companies do it right, so I don't know what happened here. AnyPromo.com won't fix it or give me my money back.
