This website magbridal.co and the whole team ruined my wedding! OMG, they send me trush and act like they don't care- it's ridiculous! I waited and waited and they didn't want to send me any Return Authorisation form so that I could get my money back. What kind of service is this, huh? People, please please pleeeeease trust me and don't shop from magbridal.co, it's a scam!

Unfortunately, I had to learn the hard way, and as if it wasn't enough, I didn't receive any tags or invoices with the package...like what? Don't make the same mistake I made or you will just end up disappointed and broke like me!

I have attached some pictures of the dress I received and the one that I wanted from magbridal.co, take a look and you will see what I mean. It's clear that they just don't care about providing quality products or customer satisfaction; it's all about money for them.

In conclusion, magbridal.co are simply a bunch of thieves and liars who will do anything to get your hard-earned money. So please, avoid them at all costs like the plague!

If you're thinking about purchasing a dress from Magbridal, do yourself a favor and stay away! The gown that I was sent was completely different from what I had envisioned and trying to get a refund seemed like a bad joke. It's quite frustrating that they don't provide return addresses, and when you try to get their address, it takes an act of congress. Even after many emails and providing a picture of you in the product as well as measurements, they still don't respond or accept returns.

It's disappointing to see that they want to do business in the US market and sell online but don't take the time to learn from Amazon or Macy's return policies, which have become the norm. I suggest holding off on buying from either place until they change their return policy. You don't want to be stuck with something that doesn't fit or is the wrong color.

This here dress from Magbridal is really, really nice. Like, it's so pretty, just like in the picture. And, like, the train is longer than I thought it would be, but that's not a bad thing, right? There's a lot of material and it's, like, really heavy, but that's kinda cool, right?

Firstly, I want to warn you all to BEWARE. My order was for a dark purple dress, but what I received was lilac! Can you believe it? I was so disappointed and immediately contacted the company to request an exchange for the correct color. Unfortunately, they refused to do so and instead offered me a measly $14 as compensation.

What really annoyed me was the email they sent me when I asked for an exchange. It read, "Here the dressmaker tailored the dress with color code, not color name. And you know that different people have different color definitions. Even with the same fabric, the color definitions will be different. Thanks for your understanding." Uh, excuse me? If I order a dress in a specific color, I expect it to be that color, no matter what "color code" the dressmaker may be using.

Despite the fact that the dress was newly made and the company didn't have any stock, I still felt they should have offered to exchange the dress for the correct color. But nope, I was stuck with the lilac dress and $14.

I do want to mention one positive thing though - the company did at least offer me a discount on my next purchase. But honestly, after this experience, I don't think I'll be shopping with them again.

OMG, I can't believe my experience with Magbridal! I placed an order for a dress on their website on Aug 18, 2019, and was charged for it on Aug 21st by their third-party company. But guess what? I never received my dress! When I finally decided to reach out to the company on Oct 2nd, I received a response from someone named Shiny from Customer Care Team.

Let me tell you, this response was NOT helpful at all. Shiny apparently wanted me to email them a copy of my passport and credit card information! Umm, excuse me? I'm not going to send my personal information through email to anyone! And why didn't they tell me about this issue sooner? It's been over five weeks since I placed my order and I had to follow up with them just to find out about this issue!

To add insult to injury, I asked for a refund and they were not forthcoming with it. They claimed there was an additional fee of US$60 to cancel my order. And get this, they only offered to refund me US$195, even though they charged me more than that! I asked if they received my payment and they still haven't refunded me a single penny!

Honestly, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Sure, I've heard of people having positive experiences with them in the past, but I wouldn't take that chance.
