We had Madison build us a home in April 2017, it first began when it took them 3 weeks to get the land appraised, which pushed our move in date. When building began they didn't have the color of siding we chose, the cabinet color was discontinued, then the flooring color was also no longer available. My wife and I hired the company Madison Home Builders in order to build our first house. We signed the contract with them, but we noticed that these guys started to work slower and they haven’t finished the house until the deadline. We lived 3 months in the hotel, while they have finished the house. When we arrived to check the work, we noticed a lot of mistakes and flaws. The walls cracked and floor wasn’t stable. We pointed out to these mistakes and asked to change everything, but the company didn’t want to work for us anymore.

Sloppy paint and mud job on my ceiling. Terrible caulk job in bathrooms. Crooked inset tile in Kitchen. Rotten and Cracked lumber on deck. The list goes on with Madison’s. They talk a big game but failed to deliver.
I would file with the bbb, i just had a home built and its a disaster
