Mad City review: Very poor company and some people in Madison WI. are jerks

Promised there would be a journeyperson on site to oversee the project. Did not happen. Floor is extremely slippery had to put a mat down, so we did not fall. We were told the floor would not slippery. Grab bars are smooth and I believe should have had knurling on the. The salesperson knew we are older and the floor was an issue. Did not offer any advice. Had a problem with rain showerhead leaking when water was off and the selector for rain or wand was in the wand position, sent someone out took pictures and said it was most definitely the rain shower head and Mad City would get back to us which never happened. I told him it was the diverter cartridge for selecting rain or wand. They use a PULSE manufacturing system for the shower hardware and Pulse is the only place where you can get a part and they are covered by warrant which they did and now after installing the new cartridge no more leaks. the people in customer service in Madison WI. are the rudest and condescending people. So after the install of any of Mad City products you are pretty much on your own.
