Bought shower in April, delivered quickly, however, damaged when plumber went to install, despite showing pictures of damage, the company refuses to acknowledge or take any responsibility, quoting 48 damage clause, however a 14 day clause confusingly contradicts that one. now have a damaged shower, and no offer of replacement or refund.

Very bad business!!
This is the worst store I have ever dealt with! My item arrived in a terrible condition and was damaged and there was no way to return it! FlushBathrooms has the worst support ever, they do not respect their customers, they are rude and customer unfriendly. I asked for help so many times but they said no and claimed that there was nothing they could do. They said that they are not responsible for anything after items leave the store. That is absolutely ridiculous! That is their responsibility to make sure that customer receives his order on time and in a good condition.
I recommend everyone to stay away from this site! I paid over $400 for something I can't even use.
