Mad City review: Bath remodel

I had a bath remodel done in 2025 and am making payments through Service Finance Company. I was never offered a deferred interest at the time of contract but receive offers continuously for deferred interest. I will not use Mad City again for a remodel. Also I did not receive a Billing Statement this month, August 2026, which could cause a late or no payment if I had overlooked my bills for this month. Do better for new and existing customers offering all the billing options available. I am very disappointed at how much interest has accrued and is required every month.
