Mad City review: Misleading information and poor service from mad city

Pros:
The shower itself looks great. The color and design are exactly what I wanted, and the finished appearance meets my expectations.

Cons:
Mad City was dishonest and frustrating to work with. The information that was submitted for my project was not what the salesperson and I discussed. The size of the flooring was significantly off from what we agreed on, and this mistake created a major problem with the installation.

I communicated the sizing issue to Mad City immediately. Despite bringing it to their attention, Mad City did nothing to resolve the problem. No correction, no follow‑up, and no accountability. This lack of response is unacceptable, especially given the cost of the project and the trust I placed in their team.

Request for Resolution:

An explanation for why the documented project details did not match what was discussed with the salesperson

Accountability for the incorrect flooring size

A corrective plan or compensation for the inconvenience and the unresolved issue

I expected a timely and professional response. I spoke to 3 different people and got no resolution.
