Mad City review: Kitchen refacing and replacing cabinets

When they scheduled the job, I was told 8 hour days for about 3-4 days. In February of 2026 they sent one person and she was about 5' tall. I have 10-foot ceilings with cabinets going all the way to the ceiling. She was onsite for 6 12+ hour days. On the seventh day the Supervisor showed, and a physical altercation happened between himself a homeowner. Instead of deescalating the situation the 6' ex-marine through a 65-year-old homeowner to the floor. They never did finish the job, but yet they have the nerve to send us a bill every month. I am currently trying to find an attorney, and also maybe arbitration. DO NOT hire these people.
