Lycamobilecustomer service is rude and policy I bad

Mobile app misleading information caused me to recharge $29 and got only 1GB instead of 4GB.
When I called to customer service, they said they will update the interface but rejected to do any favor. The mistake is because of their wrong information. More over they said, as per the policy we can't do anything.
Very rude and bad policies.
Never recommend to anyone.
