LuckyLand Slots They wont change my phone number

I have a old phone number that i havent had for years dont even know how its even on this account. Had dl stolen a while back ago and have spent 100s of dollars on this game and no fixing it i believe its a rip off and i want my winnings and if not i want all my money back that i spent playing this game. Shouldnt be accepting money from people if they cant even make their profile right where people can actually win their money thats false advertising.

LuckyLand Slots Not responding to my email

I have an old number listed on my account for verification and no longer have access to the phone number i used i asked luckyland support to change it to my current number due to the fact i no longer have access to the old number. And the only response ive gotten is please be patient were trying to find someone to assist you on your matter. Well its been three weeks now and havent heard a word from them.

I have any $80 redemption one day the next day they deactivates my account. They said I had a disputed transaction ive never disputed anything and they wont answer my emails do they have a toll free number?

LuckyLand Slots Won't pay me the money I won or answer back my emails

Me and my fiance share a phone we have a luckyland acct under my name we won $700.00 and cashed out $660.00. My fiance tried to cash out with her information they would not except they needed my information. I sent bank statements identification and a college id. It's been 8 days they won't email me back and haven't paid me my money. I spend money that they except so quickly but now that I won they won't pay me out. I've sent multiple emails and nothing no response at all.

I redeem my $50.00 I have sent all documentation that where required I have even emailed customer service support, and still nothing has been done. I need I'm account refunded, are either I will be contacting my bank to let them know about my account being scammed.

LuckyLand Slots Their game

I spend money every day on this game. I've spent hundreds of dollars playing. I won I cashed out worked great. I win again try to cash out 120$ the send me 50$ of it. I spent over 100$ just that day. I'm guessing now by all these other complaints im not going to see the rest of my money. It's really sad they take advantage of people like this. I really liked this game a lot sucks to find out they're just scammers.

LuckyLand Slots No payment of 550.00

I won 550.00, and they said since I had multiple accounts, I violated the terms, and won't pay me my money. I have been a loyal customer spending hundreds of dollars. So how do I proceed, it's not right, and I'm contacting the better business bureau. Luckyland should be held accountable for payments made. It's so total [censored], about me having more than one account. I have 3 phones.

LuckyLand Slots Failure to finish cash out, of 135,600.00 usd, after cashing out 34,600 over a months span

I opened an account at luckyland slots online. Got 10.30 sweeps coins free which 1 sweeps coin is equal to 1 us dollar. I ended up winning a lot of money by a lot I mean roughly 135, 000.00 dollars. I cashed out my first time for 25, 000.00 which I was approved for as they make sure your account is legit and you don't have multiple accounts. Then I càshed out 2 more times in the amount of 4, 800.00 which both were approved and paid out as well as the 25k. So I went and opened a local bank account which they knew I was doing as we corresponded through email this entire time so I could cash out the remaining 101, 000.00. I sent in all the documents like they asked and it was all approved so I thought only for nothing to go into my account so I emailed them to see what the hold up was which they then informed me that I had multiple accounts which I did not and I've reached out to them multiple times only to get told they rent giving me my money. I have every email from the beginning to the end saved. They gave me 34, 600.00 dollars of the 135, 000.00 dollars. They don't cash out your first prize redemption without first making sure the account is legit. I cashed out 3 different times over a months time meaning they checked and knew my account was legit then after approving the last of it they decided to lie and scam me

Desired outcome: Reactivate my account with the 101,000.00 in there so I can cash it out

I gave them all the information they need it it's been 10 business days haven't receive payment yet I get a email that my I'd and bank statements address don't match I sent them a email stating that my bank statement addresses was the correct address that due to COVID-19 that I'm unable to get a change replacement of state I'd meaning that state of Maryland was not able to give me a new I'd with the current state Maryland mvd statement was ur I'd is still valid

LuckyLand Slots Not finishing a payout after paying almost a quarter of the 136,000.00 dollars.

Heard about luckyland from a friend. Registered my account and ended winning around 136, 000.00 dollars to which I did 3 withdraws in a little over a months time first was 25, 000.00 dollars then two 4, 800.00 withdraws leaving me with a balance of 101, 000.00 which I wanted to cash out all at once. Luckyland and I corresponded via email this entire time they told me what to do at my bank in order to get it paid out which I did and which it was all approved on their end meaning I fulfilled what they wanted. 4 days went by and nothing was in my bank account so I began emailing to which I finally received a response saying they weren't paying me due to multiple accounts. I then replied back you guys check the account prior to the first payout to make sure it's a legit account and user and I have made not one but three different withdraws to which were paid out meaning it was all bs on their end just so they think they don't have to finish paying it out. However that's where they are wrong they can not pay partial payment on a prize redemption. Once they pay anything out in it they have to finish paying out what's left. I have filed with bbb, attorney general, and consumer alliance as well as on here.
I am also looking into starting a class action lawsuit for their actions because they need to be held accountable.

LuckyLand Slots Payout not received

I won 70 u.s. dollars on nov 14 2020. I requested a payout and got an email telling me what documents to send i have done that multiple times and have yet to get info on the status or better yet my funds its been over a month...
I've reached out multiple ways email via fb via instagram and nothing has been done

I have been playing Lucky land slots and I've enjoyed it but $49.99 was taking out of my account that I did not do along with a $9.99 purchase I did not do these and because of the money being taken out of my account I am overdrawn I have no gas and when my paycheck hits it's going to eat up almost all of my money so I need to speak to someone or have this money put back into my account ASAP.

LuckyLand Slots Payout never sent to me

I requested a $50 and a $75 payout on October 18th. I was notified that I needed to send in a bank statement as proof of address and a copy of my ID, along with filling out some bank details to have my payouts direct deposited to my bank account. After reviewing for only two days I was told I made an error and put my name where the bank name was supposed to go. It was almost a week later before they cancelled my payout request so that I could update and fix my bank details and errors. They put the money back into my balance on the slots. I played the $125 down to $100 and then with new bank details, requested a payout for $100. I was alerted that I again needed to send in my Driver's license and bank statement. After all of this, now 3 weeks later, I can get a response from them about where my money is.

LuckyLand Slots Online gaming

I have been playing slots at Luckyland Slots online and after playing for about a week I won $3500.00 which was great and they paid me promptly, however, since winning everytime I start winning the game malfunctions and says "connection lost" and the screen goes black and reloads, when I am returned to my game and resume playing I am no longer winning. This has happened to me everytime I play since I won (about 3 weeks). I think they have rigged the software to stop working when the player starts to win money. This is so wrong and needs to be investigated. I have brought this to the attention of Luckyland an was told that their system is working fine and it must be my internet provider, but this happens no matter the server or internet provider I use. It happens on all devices.

If I knew who was their regulatory agency they report to I would file a lawsuit. They rip people off and then play stupid. When I first started playing I won money all the time then the glitches started and I have not won a single dime since. Every time I start to win it freezes and returns me to the lobby when I go back to the game I was playing I lose. Other times the game freezes and so I log out and when I log back in my balance goes to zero. I have contacted the support and they just give me the run around and play dumb like they can't see what I have been playing or when.

It always happened and they deduct the play already and when the system back up it’s been deducted but you haven’t even play what they deduct from balance it always happens as in when you start winning it’s like their modus! Like I have free spins and it will be stuck then when it come back it will loose my turns

Oh my gosh, this happened to me too, and I won like maybe 1200 the first time, cashed out 1000.00 spend the other 200 back. and over a course of a month, and cant win jack sh.t. And now I am experinecing connection loss like these other people. And I saw the bonus round do $.09 - yes 9 cents on a dollar bet. What Casino gets you in a bonus round and doesnt pay anythng at all. Plus there slot turneys I dont even understand and when you play in them, you can through $150.00 in 20 minutes and not get any bonus rounds on a $1.00 bet. I am going to probably deactivate my App.
