They have a lot of hidden fees and charges that they don't tell you about upfront, so you could end up paying a lot more than you expected. Their customer service is also not very good, so if you have any problems with their service, you might have a hard time getting them resolved. Overall, I would not recommend using lower my bills for your financial needs.

this company lower my bills is always showing up on my screen with their ads, it's like they never stop. i can't even find a way to make them go away. it's so frustrating and confusing to navigate their website. they need to give us an option to opt out of their ads. it's just too much.

Lower My Bills is a website that I stumbled upon and I gotta say, they seem to be pretty sneaky. I don't know how they got my email, but they keep sending me stuff even though I've tried to unsubscribe multiple times. And when I do try to unsubscribe, they ask for all sorts of personal information. That's just not cool, man. I wouldn't trust a company that does that kind of thing.

So, I was browsin' the web and came across this ad from Lower My Bills. There was this dude holdin' a sign sayin' they'd make a payment if they couldn't lower my mortgage payment. But, turns out, none of the peeps they gave my info to could lower it. So, if ya wanna help me out and make my mortgage payment, hit me up. I got 5 houses to take care of.

this company is so annoying they keep sending me ads that i didn't even ask for. they get leads in a shady way and don't stop messaging even when i tell them to. i got so many messages even tho i tried to get them to stop.

I get lots of texts from these guys every day, trying to get me to call them. Why would I use a company that does that? They know what they're doing and how they're advertising. Spamming is not cool. If you try to contact them on their website, you just get sent somewhere else. And the reviews on their Facebook page look like they were written by someone who doesn't speak English well. You guys can go away.

ower My Bills is a company that keeps popping up on my computer screen with their ads. They just won't stop! It's so frustrating. I have to turn off my computer to get away from them. Their ads are so boring and annoying. Please stop showing the same ugly faces promoting your company. I want to save money, but your ads are driving me crazy. They keep hijacking my computer at least 25 times a day, or even more, with the same useless and irritating sales pitch. It's just so ugly.

Clicked the button for a quote and BAM! Calls started pouring in like rain. Didn't even get to see the quote before the phone started ringing off the hook. Been getting 20-25 calls a day from different numbers. When I stopped answering, they started texting me. Haven't checked my emails yet, but I bet they're full too. This is why I don't like giving out my info. Websites should be for getting more info, not for harassing people with calls, texts, and emails. It's a total turnoff and makes me not want to be a customer. Going to look for refinancing somewhere else.

I keep getting tons of spam emails from Lower My Bills, and it's really annoying. They're working with some company called Quick Cloud Computing in Wheaton, IL, but I can't find their website anywhere. They just use Google to send out spam. Their address is just a UPS store, which seems sketchy. I've tried to unsubscribe from their emails multiple times, but it doesn't work. It seems like they're just selling my email to other spammers. Quick Cloud is even being investigated by the Illinois Attorney General's office. If Lower My Bills keeps working with them or keeps spamming me, I'm going to contact the California Attorney General's office in Sacramento.

No stars for Lower My Bills. I don't know them at all. I never thought about refinancing my mortgage. But other companies keep calling me to "help me refinance." I called one back and asked how they got my info. They said, "Lower My Bills is where we get our leads." The person was surprised I didn't know them. I can't find Lower My Bills' contact info to tell them to stop selling my info without my say-so. They're untrustworthy if they'll steal info for money. Patricia.

This company, Lower My Bills, is a total scam. I don't know anything about them, and I ain't never thought about refinancing my mortgage. But I keep getting calls from other companies trying to get me to refinance. So I called one of them back and asked how they got my info. They said, "Lower My Bills is where we get our leads." I can't find a phone number or email to contact Lower My Bills and tell them to stop selling my info without my permission. They're obviously shady if they're stealing people's info for a quick buck.

No stars. I don't know nothin' 'bout Lower My Bills. Ain't never thought 'bout refinancin' my mortgage 'cause I ain't got no home. But these other companies keep callin' me talkin' 'bout refinancin'. Finally called one back (REFI.COM) and asked how they got my info. They said, "Lower My Bills is where we get your leads." Person on the phone sounded surprised I didn't know 'bout Lower My Bills. Can't find no contact number or email for Lower My Bills to tell 'em to stop sellin' my info 'cause it's illegal. Company ain't trustworthy if they gonna steal info and sell it. CCPA and TCPA bein' violated. Litigation comin' and FTC Complaint too.

If you break the CAN-SPAM Act, you can get fined up to $43,280 for each email you send. So it's important to follow the rules!

Lower my bills is sharing a LIE as clickbait. Their ad states "Trump is on a roll: March 12 Trump ends another Obama Era Program." This is the only true statement in the ad. The rest of the ad is completely misleading and a lie. The program the ad refers to is the EMERGENCY MORTGAGE RELIEF PROGRAM for Veterans, started in 2012 - which helped veterans get and pay for mortgages starting in 2012. Trump ended this program in March . The rest of the FALSE clickbait ad states, "If you owe less than [x] and haven't missed a mortgage payment in 6 months, use Congress's mortgage stimulus program for the middle class. You'll be shocked to see how much you can save." Trump ended the program misleadingly referenced as "for the middle class" is this FALSE ad. America deserves watchdogs to monitor these liars. Trump is on a roll, and hopefully our veterans and middle class will make sure it is right out of the Oval Office.

i want all info removed and they're partners no longer contact me. i don't like how they keep sending me emails and calling me all the time. it's really annoying and i just want it to stop. i tried to unsubscribe but it didn't work. i don't recommend using lower my bills if you don't want to be bothered all the time.

I got scammed by some identity thief who used lowermybills.com. They took my info and sent it to a bunch of mortgage lenders all over the place. I can't even tell them to delete my stuff cuz I don't live in Cali and they don't care enough to answer me.

This company gave my info about a re-finance inquiry I did 2 months ago. I asked about getting a home equity line of credit but now they keep calling me even though I said no thanks. Today, I got a call and the person said lower my bills sent them my inquiry from 6/13. That's not true and I want them to take my info off their site.
