Don't use this company for loans! I got a short-term loan and paid it back in 2 days. They charged me interest for the full 30 days! I called twice but got no solution. Also, I sent many emails. This company is all about shady lending practices.

I didn't ask for a loan from this company and didn't agree to have funds taken out two weeks later
I didn't ask for a loan from this company and didn't agree to have funds taken out two weeks later. Some money got deposited on the 6th, so I called the company I actually applied to and paid them. Therefore, I shouldn't have to pay any fees for a loan I didn't ask for. If the funds were actually from this company, I said I will only pay the amount deposited, no extra fees, since I didn't request the loan in the first place. Then I got harassed by a guy named Max from the company, who threatened to involve the fraud department and said I also have to pay another fee, which now adds up to $***. No way, because once again, I didn't request the loan, so I'll only pay $***.

In July, I received a text from Netpay Advance stating that I owe them money and need to schedule a new payment date. I thought there was a misunderstanding, so I just agreed. It's been over a year since I last used my credit union or email account associated with Netpay Advance. I switched to *** because I was facing issues with my credit union. Out of curiosity, I tried to log into my credit union account, but I couldn't due to multiple failed login attempts by someone else. Additionally, my email was hacked. When I explained my situation to Netpay Advance, they showed no concern and expected me to repay the debt.
