I bought a car from Lou Fusz KIA on October 2, 2022
I bought a car from Lou Fusz KIA on October 2, 2022. It cost me $7997 and I put down $4000 from the insurance payout for my previous car that got wrecked. During the test drive, I noticed a noise from the blower motor and asked the salesman about it. He said they wouldn't fix it, but I still bought the car. A few days later, I found out that the car had three recalls, so I took it to a local dodge dealer to get it fixed. One of the recalls couldn't be done because the wiring on the oxygen sensor was burnt up. They also told me that the car had multiple oil leaks and a transmission leak. I messaged the dealer about the leaks and the recall, and they agreed to cover the part for the recall, but didn't say anything about the leaks. Recently, when I tried to turn on the car to defrost it, the check engine light came on and I found out that there was no coolant in the car. When I checked the oil, it was watery and had a reddish orange tint. I compared it to the oil in my other car and found out that the head gasket was blown. I told the dealer about it, but they said that the car had no warranty and they wouldn't do anything about it. They keep messaging me to get the tags for the car, but I can't drive it to the courthouse for an inspection because it will overheat due to the blown head gasket. I haven't even made my first payment yet, and I can't even drive the car.
