So, I tried the L'Oréal Paris hair color and to be honest, it didn't lighten my hair at all. I was so frustrated so I called up their customer service team, and they basically tried to convince me that it was my fault. As if I was the only one who couldn't figure it out. I mean come on, right? Anyways, they told me that they would send me some coupons, but wanted my phone number. I wasn't feeling that at all, so I refused. Honestly, I don't think I'll ever use this brand again.

That being said, I do still love some of their products. Their True Match foundation is a go-to for me, and their mascaras are usually pretty good. But for the most part, I've found myself straying away from L'Oréal Paris and trying out other brands instead.

They need to focus more on creating high-quality products rather than just flashy marketing campaigns. But if you're looking for some staples for your beauty routine, they do have a few gems.

I gotta say, I'm diggin' the wide range of colors and cosmetics that L'Oréal Paris has to offer. It's always a treat when I get to browse their website. With that being said, I can't help but notice that there isn't enough representation in terms of models with different skin tones. It'd be pretty neat to see more african-american, latino, and asian models featured on their site displaying the products. I mean, how else are we supposed to know how the products would look on our own skin if we can't see it on someone who shares the same skin tone as we do? Overall, a little more diversity would be much appreciated!

L'Oréal Paris is like, eh, just another drugstore makeup brand, ya know? I mean, it's not great but it's not terrible either. But like, one thing that's totally not okay with me is that they test on animals. And like, who wants to support that kind of thing? If you're looking for drugstore makeup, there are so many better brands out there. Like Milani, FLOWER, Wet n' Wild, NYX, ELF, or Hard Candy. My personal fave is NYX Cosmetics - they never let me down.

I recently bought two bottles of L'Oréal Paris Age Perfect I Renewal cream. Honestly, I was quite disappointed with the product. After using it continuously, I haven't seen any noticeable change in my skin. But that's not even the worst part - when it came to using the actual product, I was left frustrated.

One of the bottles stopped pumping at only half empty, which is really annoying because I had to take the top off and shake it a bunch to get the rest out. And the other bottle stopped pumping at two-thirds empty. What a complete hassle! I think L'Oréal should really consider putting this product into a little jar; that way, customers could easily access every last drop. I even took some pictures which show what was left in each bottle, which was quite a lot.

Overall, I don't think I'll be purchasing this product again. The design of the bottle really affected my experience, and the lack of noticeable results didn't help me change my opinion.

So, I was lookin' for a product to help me with my skin and came across Loreal Paris on their website lorealparisusa.com. I saw their Youth Code serum and watched some testimonials. They sounded pretty good to me, so I went ahead and bought it. Gotta say, what a mistake!

I used only a tiny amount - just a little dab, not even a full fingertip - for one night only. The next day, my face was covered in red bumps and looked really swollen. Oh man, I was not happy! My face looked worse than before I used the product. I'm super scared right now about when this reaction will heal, as I start a new job on Monday and I don't want people thinkin' I'm some kind of monster or somethin'!

All in all, I would 100% not recommend this product at all. Loreal Youth Code serum ruined my face and caused me a lot of pain and embarrassment. Beware, y'all!

I recently got myself a box of l'oreal paris feria blowout burgundy hair dye from the lorealparisusa.com website. Once I used the hair dye, I was a bit disappointed to find out that both the gloves that came along with it had holes in them! As a result, my left hand got some burgundy dye on 2 fingernails, while my little finger on the right hand was also stained with the dye.

Even the nail polish that I had worn on my nails in a lovely shade of purple, did not remain unaffected. The dye from the hair color turned three of my nails into a pretty dark red color – it didn't look too bad, but I would have preferred if it hadn't happened.

To complete the coloring process, I had to use my own rubber gloves since the ones in the box didn't do their job very well. This is not the first time that I had faced this issue with the gloves. Such things can be a bit of an inconvenience when one is trying to color their hair at home.

Now, I am still not sure whether I would use any of the l'oreal paris products in the future. Although their catalog is extensive and the prices are good, these small yet crucial customer experience problems make me hesitate.

I reached out to customer service and they recommended I try a dandruff shampoo treatment to help strip some of the color out. I gave it a try but unfortunately, it did nothing to change the color. Now, I'm stuck with some seriously off-tone hair that looks super unnatural and honestly, is a total bummer.

What's even worse, is that now I have to fork over a small fortune to a fancy salon to try and fix my hair. This whole mess has been such a negative and costly experience that I don't think I'll ever use a L'Or?al product again. It's just not worth the risk of this kind of disaster happening again. So take it from me, ya'll- be careful with this stuff and don't assume that a "dark blonde" is going to turn out anywhere near what you expect.
