I have ordered a dress from LookbookStore and was supposed to get it in 12 business days but it did not show up on time.
When it finally arrived I was really happy until I opened the package. Quality of the dress was very poor and it looked nothing like pictures on their site. Size was also incorrect.
I wanted to return the dress but shipping it back would cost a fortune, so I decided to keep it.
Their customer service was really nice and friendly, but that's the only good thing about LookbookStore.
Don't buy anything here!
I paid too much for the return postage, but still haven't received new dress and jacket

Seller stopped to communicate after I asked to return money back
I bought long black dress from the company www.lookbookstore.co. It was real scam, ‘coz the seller mixed something and provided the wrong size and colour. After that I returned the order, but the seller told that the black dress was sold out. I asked to return money back, but the rep stopped to communicate with me. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

Horrible quality of clothes

After that I couldn’t reach them, ‘coz they didn’t reply to my emails and phone calls. I don’t know what to do now, but I really want to get my money.
