We went to Longhorn Rookwood in Cincinnati. Charge party of 13. We had called ahead but restaurant didn’t accept reservations for large parties. The wait was 90 minutes for a table! I had our brother, who is stricken with cancer, out for his last family event before hospice. I explain my situation to a very cold manager who arrogantly told be there was nothing that he could do. I asked him to come meet my brother, I accidentally touched said managers arm in the process to which he glared at me like he was some sort of a savior. We waited close to 3 Hours from when we arrived to when we were served.
We should have gone elsewhere but my brother was really too weak…

In other words, you wanted special treatment because of your brother, did not get the special treatment, and mistook that as the manager being "cold".
