LongHorn Steakhouse review: farmers chicken

After waiting over an hour for food that was cold & an incorrect, I took my to go order home to find out that the to go server took the wrong order and put Parmesan chicken instead of farmers chicken. Cold Brussels sprouts without any sauce that's usually put on the dish and a plain baked potato instead of a loaded baked potato. The manager took the Brussels Proust and threw them in the microwave to send us on our way. To add injury to insult I called back to be put on a never ending hold and was never able to speak with a manager. I called back the next day to be told next time don't eat the food Bring it back untouched because people lie about things like this all the time.
