LongHorn Steakhouse review: dinner

My husband and I went to the Longhorn in Victor, NY he ordered the special bud light 12 0z beer for 2.50 we both had ordered steaks. We got our salads and never got our drinks or saw the waiter Oliver until we finished We told him we never got our drinks he went to get them and then our dinner arrived The bill came and we were charged $4.99 for the beer. Asked for manager who stated the only way he could fix it was to charge the correct price for the entire bill again on my card and I would have to wait for the original bill to clear in a few days. This was unacceptable to me as why should I have a $120 hold on my card for your mistake. We asked for cash bac and he declined. What kind of customer service was this. His response was I will talk to the server. I left with my account not being charged twice and left the server no tip .
