I went in for a trial treatment and even before starting, the consultant was already pushing me to sign up for a package. After the treatment, the hard-selling only got worse they kept insisting I commit to something. When they realized I wasn’t interested, the beautician who did my trial treatment barged in and started slashing the promo price over and over adding “extra benefits” just to get me to sign. 2 vs 1. I stood firm and left but the harassment didn’t stop... they chased me nonstop on whatsapp with offers and promos.

Overall, the experience felt extremely pushy and uncomfortable. Definitely not the kind of professional service I expected.

Recommendation: Not recommendable. The approach felt intimidating and left me feeling trapped rather than cared for.
