I received my grocery order from Loblaws in Vanier Ottawa and they were shoved into the bags ready for delivery. When I received my order the sushi was all over the bottom of the bag as well as the raspberries, blueberries which was smushed in withe grapes. Some of the food were past their expiration date as well. I am furious about this as I am a senior who has shopped at Loblaws for years and have them delivered to my door. Every time I spoke to an agent a few minutes ago and asked to speak to his supervisor and I don’t if he understand’s English or not but the only thing could say was: “I am sorry”. He told me to wait and he would connect me to the supervisor but it may take awhile so I told him I would wait less than a minute he had hung up! Totally unacceptable! The following are the photos I took. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture of my kitchen floor that the raspberries spilled over causing me to get my daughter-in-law to come over and wash the floor! No call back ever happened! These food items were for my husband’s surprise birthday celebration with our friends.
