I have multiple properties, and one property loan was sold to loancare. I have autopayments made each month well in advance of the due date. They misapplied payment after payment putting it into "suspense" and then applying it to escrow and not my payment. Each month since they say I am behind and the hit with a $175 late fee. I have been in continuous conversations with different people there and management and they make promises to fix it and do nothing. There is nothing done that they indicate they will do to repair their mistakes. I am ready for legal action. Please contact me as well if there is a legal case against them forming.
