LoadUp review: Rescheduled multiple times

This company is terrible. They are unreliable and have rescheduled a pick up FOR ONE MATRESS over 3 times. It has completely inconvenienced me because I had to call out of work 2 DAYS. There's no supervisors on the weekend and dispatch is not helpful at all besides reading off of the script that they are provided with. I DEMAND MY FULL REFUND BACK. IT IS YOUR COMPANY THAT KEEPS RESCHEDULING WITH UNRELIABLE TIME FRAMES. You have cost me more than the charge since I couldn't go to work. Order number 926048. Full refund. Thanks.
