I bought a new window for my skid steer from Loader Parts Source. Unfortunately, the part I received was not the right one. It didn't match the picture on their website or the one I already had. I tried emailing the shipping department and calling customer service, but they said they needed to verify the mistake and promised to call me back. However, I never received a call. I left another message for customer service, but still no response. I won't be buying from them again.

I made a purchase from Loader Parts Source on 9/23 with order number *** and contacted Pete Flores via email at [protected]@loaderpartssource.com to provide information about my machine. I had doubts about the part he suggested for my machine as it was not the same year as mine, but he assured me it was the right one. The part was delivered and I had a window company install the glass, but when my mechanic tried to attach the parts, the hole patterns did not match the required pattern for my machine. I reached out to Pete to address the issue, but he blamed us and refused to send the correct window or refund the money. Now I am stuck with the wrong window and the additional cost of the window company.

This company's customer service is terrible. I paid them $9,000 for a new pump and $3000 for labor to remove and replace it. The pump only lasted less than 10 seconds before a gasket failed. They gave me two options: spend another $3000 in labor to remove it so they can exchange it or replace the $20 gasket myself and void my warranty. I bought a brand new pump from them, and they expect me to fix their mistake. They talk about their policies, but they don't stand behind their products. Once they get your money, they forget about good service. Their mistakes become your problem at your expense. They even threatened to blacklist me. Apparently, I'm unreasonable for not wanting to spend another $3k in labor because of their defective pump. Especially when there is a $20 fix, but they'll void my warranty on the pump if I fix it. It's disgusting, and they should be ashamed!

Bought a hydraulic cylinder from Loader Parts Source for *** plus shipping on 06/04. Got it on 06/08 and put it on my skid steer wheel loader. During testing, it started leaking from a pinhole at the rear 90 degree port. I contacted the sales rep and they said I needed an RMA for a defective cylinder and a new one shipped next day air. They said I could buy another one and get a credit back once the defective one was inspected. Later, the Sales Manager said I would be stuck with the defective cylinder if I bought a new one. I asked for a full refund plus shipping, but still no response.

I bought a New Holland L325 Skid Steer #*** (Single Gear Pump) for $374.26 in August . I used it once and it broke down. I tried to contact Loader Parts many times over 1-1/2 months, leaving voicemails for Lisa F extension to call me back about the warranty, but I never got any responses. Finally, on December 16, I insisted on speaking to someone and was transferred to Pete F. He asked for pictures, which I sent on December 16. I got a prepaid shipping label and sent the part back on December 20. I kept emailing Pete F for updates, but he said he had no manufacturer information. On February 12, I emailed Pete F again and said that 8 weeks had passed and I wanted a response. On February 17, Pete responded "the manufacturer says to purchase another part". On February 17, I asked for my defective part back (since I had bought it) and was told I had to pay $60 to have it shipped back and pay the cost of the warranty. They said the manufacturer would scrap the part if I didn't pay within 14 days.
