So we made a deal with Fredos fencing to build us a fence. He wanted half the cash upfront to buy stuff. But he didn't show up until like six weeks after we agreed to start. Then he only worked for a day and a half and only did like 20% of the job. He kept delaying and not answering our texts or calls. So we asked him to give us the materials or our money back. But he said he didn't buy anything and didn't have our cash anymore. We took him to court but he didn't even show up. Now we got a paper saying he owes us money. But honestly, this guy is not a good business person. He doesn't do what he says he will. So don't bother with him and find someone else to do your fence.

So, we gave Fredo's Fencing & Masonry a deposit of $4265 on August 14 for fixing our fence. But, we ain't got no goods yet and no work has been done. We've been calling and texting, but no answer. He said he'd start many times, but never showed up. We want our money back or the materials he said he bought with our deposit.

On 3/28, Fredo quoted me $9000 for replacing 3 gates & installing 2 solar gate openers. I paid him $6000 the next day. I didn't hear from Fredo until 4/19 when I texted him; he said his truck needed a new motor so he was looking for another used truck. On 4/27, Fredo texted & said he was almost done with other projects. On 5/12, Fredo said he'd start our gates on 5/18. On 5/24, Fredo apologized for the delay due to rain & said he'd begin on the 27th. Holes were finally dug and the poles were concreted. On 6/8, I texted Fredo & asked when he was going to finish; he said he'd been sick w/ colitis. I gave him a 6/18 date to finish. Fredo finally built the gates on 6/18 but never returned or let us know when the solar panels would be installed. Only when my wife posted a negative review on his Facebook on 7/2 did he contact us and tell us he would finish the job with no additional charge. We do NOT want him to do any more work; we want the $1500 he owes us!

On 11/7, Fredo came to start a fence job. I gave him $4000 to buy metal pipe and cedar posts for a 200' 6' welded pipe post coyote fence. He said he was finishing a job in Boerne and would start in a couple of weeks. He never answered or returned any calls or texts. On 12/1, he texted that he was still working on the job in Boerne. He sometimes replies with a text, but he never showed up. I asked for a refund on 7/30. He showed up on 8/4, apologized, and said he would finish the fence this week and take $1000 off the price. He got the posts set in concrete and left for another month. On 9/15, he said he would finish on 9/20. He won't respond to texts or calls and still hasn't delivered the cedar posts I paid for. I want a refund.

i got a contract with Fredo's Fencing & Masonry on 9/13 to make a fence for me. i gave them $11,055.00 and they said they would start in two weeks. they had some problems and started on 11/1. they finished the privacy fence on 11/27 and took $3,000.00 for labor. they started digging holes for the front fence but haven't been back since. they keep making excuses and saying they will finish soon but they haven't. they owe me $6,075.00 for materials and haven't worked on the project for more than two weeks in the 6 months since we signed the contract. their promises and apologies don't mean much.
