Wow, these guys are amazing! They came back to check on their work from 4 years ago. I asked them to finish off the epoxy on my steps because the stuff they put down 4 years ago still looks brand new. Now my steps are all protected and they look super sharp. I'm really impressed!

so our company hired Jerry's Concrete to do some sidewalk work for a couple of our peeps. And let me tell you, they did a bang-up job! They kept us in the loop the whole time and the final product was top-notch. We'll definitely be calling on them again for future projects.

I had Jerry's Concrete Works Ltd. come in to fix up a big chunk of my shop floor. Gotta say, their customer service was top-notch compared to other guys around here. We agreed on a price and I paid it, no problems. If I had any worries about how things were going, they took care of it right away. You can tell these guys know what they're doing with all the years they've been at it. Easy 5 outta 5 stars from me.

Jerry's Concrete did a great job replacing my double garage and a part of my garage pad that was busted up. They were really nice from the first time I called them until they finished the job! The crews were always on time, really friendly, and they answered all my questions right away. The results were super professional and exactly what I wanted, and the price was fair too!

I called Jerry's 'cause I heard they're good. Had the work booked and they said it'd take about 5 days, weather permitting. Start date was July 19th. But they didn't start until two weeks later. They didn't call, just showed up and did some work on the steps and left. Then they showed up again days later, did some forming and left. When they started pouring and forming, they tore off half my front siding. Steps were stained and different colors. Sides were finally finished, but they didn't show up for three weeks to finally finish, which was September 3. The finisher was polite and came to the door to check with us on the final look, but no one else did. I'll use him again for sure. They didn't give me any discount for taking so long.

Jerry came to give me an estimate to fix the sidewalk by our house, under the front stairs, and around the back stairs where holes were. Jerry was easy to deal with and professional. When the job was done, things didn't look right, but Jerry knew what to do to fix it. He sent Ashley to fix it, and he made sure I was happy with the job. I recommend this company and will use them again. Jerry works with you to make sure you're satisfied.

Jerry came out to check out our garage slab that we had lifted and leveled before, but it didn't work. His check was good and the price was fair. The first work was measured and sloped with a laser level to make sure the drainage was right. The staff was professional and knew what they were doing. They worked well together and were careful with everything. They were respectful of our property and us. We were so happy with the work that we asked them to come back and do our driveway and sidewalk. We are very happy with the results of these projects. We highly recommend Jerry and his team. Jerry's Concrete Works Ltd. did a great job replacing our old, cracky driveway and paving our sidewalks and patio area. They were super professional from start to finish, with the estimate, project confirmation, and all the work. There was a bit of a delay with the gravel base because of the weather, but it wasn't too bad. The scheduling was a little off, which added a couple of days to the project, but it wasn't a big deal. The crews were all really nice and hardworking, especially considering how hot it was outside. One of the concrete trucks messed up the interlocking stone on the public boulevard, but they fixed it up good as new. The finished product looks amazing, and the price was really good. We're really happy with everything and would definitely recommend Jerry's Concrete to anyone.

Due to poor workmanship the warranty was extended to 10 years. *** We have had problems with sealant, cracks, popouts, parts of concrete crumbling. The response to our concerns was to either brush it off or to promise to fix it and never follow through with it. It is simply exhausting and this is what they are counting on.

Jerry's Concrete replaced our badly sunken sidewalk and repaired and reconfigured out front steps. We are really satisfied with the work that was done - it was impressive. From the beginning of the planning process to the finishing of the concrete, the work was completed by people who really knew their work and took care to get the details exactly the way we wanted. I cannot imagine any company who could have done more for us. Compliments to Jerry for his support and to all the individuals who worked on this project and who took the time to keep us involved in its progress. We are thrilled with the results.

Me and my hubby hired Jerry's Concrete to make a garage floor for us. We had an engineer's drawings and building permit, but they didn't follow them. The work they did was no good and we gotta do it all over again. We told them many times to follow the plans, but they kept saying they were. We even talked to one of the workers who said they didn't put insulation or PVC pipe where they were supposed to. We told them we want our money back, but they keep saying we should keep working together. Not happy with their work at all.

Jerry's Concrete came to our house in May to talk about replacing our driveway. They gave us an estimate and showed us some other work they did before. We told them about the sewer at the end of our driveway and asked how they would deal with it. Jake said it wouldn't be a problem. We decided to hire them and gave them $2000 on June 1. They started work on August 29 and said it would take 2 weeks. But it took until the end of October. We couldn't use our driveway or garage for 2 months. There were lots of mistakes and problems (***). We talked to Jake and Jerry and some City people. We're really unhappy with the whole thing and we don't like how our driveway looks now.

I met with Jerry, the owner of Jerry's Concrete Works Ltd. in the spring of '21 to discuss some work I needed done. JB, one of Jerry's employees, took notes and drew a picture of the dimensions we agreed upon. We agreed that the job would be done by the end of August. From August to September 10, I called to see where the crew was, and was told the job would be completed by September 18. On September 18, Trevor marked the driveway and said it would cost $1300 more than what I had calculated with JB in the spring. I told Trevor I didn't agree and wrote on the bill that we needed to discuss it, but there was no discussion. From September 18 to October 24, the work was sporadic. I asked JB if the topsoil from my flower bed could be put on my yard instead of being hauled away, and they said yes, but the crew was not informed and 5 yards of topsoil were gone. I also asked if the gravel from inside my garage could be hauled to my son's house, but was told no on the day of the job. The job was not finished and the garage floor slopes incorrectly, causing water to pool near the car door. I tried to discuss these issues with the company, but was passed from one aggressive employee to the next. Today, Linda threatened me with liens and would not discuss the fact that the job was not complete or done incorrectly.
