I have had a bean account for probably 20 years, and have never been late with a payment. The last 2 payments were not posted in a timely manner. I was charged a late fee on the first one, which was reversed. The second payment has still not posted and it's been 14 days. When I called, I spoke to the worst, rudest, most unprofessional person ever! Never before has their customer service been anything but wonderful! She told me to "check with the post office", as if they could do anything! All my other bills I mailed that day went through in a timely fashion with no problem. I think this may be a scam to collect late payments falslely. I closed my bean account and will never shop there again! Guess I have to shop elsewhere come christmas time. It's a shame what they have come to!
