I purchased a dress from this company in my size but when the dress arrived, it could not fit up my thighs. I immediately went on line to the company to inform them of this issue and wanted to return for a bigger size but was informed that the company does not accept returns on items as they say are MADE TO ORDER. I informed them I was not aware of that information but three website never said that you could not return the item. They keep telling me if my size was wrong that it was not their fault but it was because the size they have is not the correct size. I even had a sister of mine try on the dress and she is 2 sizes smaller than me and she couldn't fit it. The dress was extremely small and they would not give me a refund or resend another. This is not a good company because it is not forthright with their customers.
Desired outcome: I want my money back or the dress to be remade in my size.

Order not available to start a return
I’ve bought a dress that doesn’t fit and that want to return. What happen is that I paid it via Apple Pay and the order doesn’t show up in the app and, for this reason, I’m unable to start a return. I have contacted their customer service and nobody is useful enough to help me. They only give 7 days to return and I only have 5 more days left. Time goes buy fast, specially when you need things to move on.
If this is not resolved, I will dispute the payment and send the dress back to any possible address I find from Light in the Box.
Desired outcome: Return the dress that doesn’t fit me.

Unauthorised use of contact detsild
I receive over 30 scam email’s a day all coming from light in the mix sharing my email address. I have tried everything even unsubscribe but it does not work
They all come from the states daily and I am constantly blocking them to no avail
Please stop this for me and I am sure everyone else

The website nor the app lets me create a returns ticket to customer service!
I'm following all the steps (online and via the app) and I can't contact Customer Support to return items. The last step 'Submit Ticket' simply won't work! No ticket is being submitted.
I bought two pairs of trousers described on the website as being made of 100% Cotton, but in fact, they are 100% Polyester. Had I known this I wouldn't have purchased. Very disappointing to be misled like this.

difficulty returning terrible items
The return process is extremely difficult . no return label is provided. the emails give customers the run around asking for photos of the items to be return - which were sent, only to be told that they will not pay to return (when the email distinctly said they would if the photos and barcodes of the items were provided). To the return the items it is not possible to use any of the regular carriers. Truly terrible service. never use this company. do not purchase from this company.

Stained glass birds
I bought 2 of these. They are nothing like the pictures on the site. They are plastic and paper. I did not receive any information on returning the items if unsatisfactory, and when I went onto the website, it stated that returns must be made within 7 days. I still cannot find out how to return these items and receive a refund. This is the most appalling company I have ever dealt with, and they should be prosecuted for false advertising, as the items bear no resemblance to the photos.

Light in the box
I purchased 3 dresses. I have tried to return 2 of them, both did not correspond to the product measurements. I wanted to exchange one and return the other. I have tried numerous times to click the "confirm" return / exchange button but nothing happens but strangely enough if I click on the "cancel" button it works immediately.
I ordered one dress for a wedding - I was happy with the quality. The company state that one can get the item altered instead of going through the lengthy process of returning, but there is no seam allowance and it is not the type of dress that could be worn other than to a wedding. I am very disappointed with their customer service and the fact that I can't return the items and that if I could it would cost me €21 to send to China when I thought I was buying from Light in the box .ie
Desired outcome: I would like to refunded for the dress I required for a wedding and exchange the other dress. I do not think I should have to pay the return cost of the garments as I used the product measurements.

A dress I ordered far too tight
This company is a scam the material is cheap and poor quality. The sizes are all inncorrect. I'd say never ever order from here. The seems of the dress are poorly cut and sewn! As you can see in my pictures the waist is far too tight and small. Either they're trying to save material and give their customers a hard time. Absolute scammers! The sequins fall off. And worst of all its so tight! I'm appalled! Disappointed by their rubbish quality! I will never ever order from here ever again! Because of their non return policy I can't get a refund! And worst of all I can't wear this dress to my graduation. They suggest exchange but who wants to exchange something when they charge to ship it out to you. Again leaving me more out of pocket. I'm sorry to say but this buisness only cares about money not customer satisfaction. This is why Shein is more popular.
If you want a nice dress get from Shein as they very nicely accept refunds and the return shipping is only £8.

I've received a delivery which I wish to return. The quality of the cardigan I purchased was really bad. Each time I've gone into my account, it doesn't show up any of my orders or item delivered. I ordered two items paid with PayPal.

Christmas t shirts 2 no
Delivery date on these 2 items was17 th July although I was notified at short notice I was not able to get to the urbanisation gates due to me being semi invalid using a mobility scooter.
More time should have been given and another visit should have been tried for access.
I have just had a Delivery of different shirts 3 in no and corrious delivered no problem .

The items were returned on 26 June 2023, at a cost of £25.40. A copy of the proof of postage was forwarded as requested.
I have checked the return progress which is still saying awaiting return. The return process is appalling. It says allows 3 to 4 weeks, it is now over 7 weeks.
I look forward to this matter being resolved as a matter of urgency.

As soon as my credit card payment went through my account was hacked by Shein US Service in the amount of $383.54 along with compromising another credit card then $300 of false charges withdrawn from my debit card. All this because of charging on your so called "Safe" site. Bullcrap. Not only that but the poor quality of the materials is laughable and your sizing is inaccurate. Returned product on June 12, 2023 and have not received a refund.
I ordered three dresses from light in the box and received them on June 6, 2023. Unfortunately, the dresses were not as depicted on the website. The fabric was not the same and looked extremely cheap and substandard, so I decided to return the items on June 12, 2023. It has now been two months and I have yet to receive a refund from this company.
There is also no way of getting in touch with them about the issue, which is a bit shady to me.
I will tell everyone I know not to order from this company as they do not provide the products as seen on their website and their customer service is horrible.
