Life Affordable Auto Sales

I bought a 2012 Nissan Altima from Life Affordable Auto Sales on March 7. They made me purchase a 12-month warranty called NVP WARRANTY when I got the car. I have two reasons for complaining. First, I tried to use the warranty for repairs multiple times, but they denied my claim the first time, saying it was a recurring issue and that I bought a bad car. So, I had to pay for the repairs myself. Then, on June 30th, I took my car to get repaired through the warranty again. On July 1st, NVP called me and said they denied my claim because of a false odometer reading. I immediately called the car lot and told them what happened, but they acted like they didn't know. I went to the dealership to talk to them about my concern, and that's when they told me the car had a salvage title and they forgot to mention it. I asked if I could get my money back, which was $2,300, because of their bad business. They refused and only offered to give me back my $800 down payment. I think that's unfair because it's not my fault the car had a salvage title and I can't use the warranty I paid for. Now I don't have a car or a job. I used my car for Uber, so without it, I can't work. Just for the record, I have never been late on my car payments. I also have proof from NVP, their denial letter, and the documents showing the different odometer readings.
