Liberty Home Guard review: Plumbing

I have had liberty home guard for several years and I haven't really used them much the time before this one I filed a claim to only find out that even though I had been paying for the warranty they had canceled my account and I had to get in reinstated before I could use their services. This was 12 07 2022 and now again on 1/18/2025 I submitted another claim they set up a appointment with a plumber for 1/19/2025 but we were going out of town for a funeral so I decided to call the plumber to see if he could come by on Sat 1/18/2025 he came by submitted the diagnostics and send everything in but it was taking a long time so I chatted with someone name Albert and he informed me that the people that approve the claims were not working all weekend. So I had to cancel the claim and just pay for in out of pocket and when I called back on 1/21/2025 to see about getting reimbursed I was told by Stacy that they couldn't do that so when I asked to speak to a supervisor she said I would have to hang up and call back but I had already been on hold for over 20 mins. Finally after I kept talking to Stacy she said she could have a supervisor call me back. Andrea called me back and said I would have to submit another claim and I may or not get my money back. What kind of company is this that I would have to submit a claim I don't need for a issue I already paid for out of pocket so I may or may not get reimbursed for and risk them taking out another 125 on top of the money I already paid. I really hope this company gets shut down they suck
