Terribly slow service. We have a rental property with them, and they have taken over a month to get quotes for a new AC. It has been around 100 degrees every day this past month, but they have no regard for the tenant. The technician they sent out, sent them all the information they needed, and two weeks later they have not accoplished anything, because they claimed they were still waiting on his information. After calling the tech, and confirming he re-sent the information, they are now still sitting around, and not making any progress. The issue was reported June 30th 2022

Desired outcome: I would like them to not only replace the AC, but to also refund the entire policy, due to thier ineffective methods. I am a realtor, and I deal with many warranty programs, but I have never seen one as bad as this company.

Seems about right for all home warranty companies.
