This company is absolutely terrible! I recently opened a claim on my HVAC. It was a Friday and I was told I could use my own technician since they could come out that day. They arrived, diagnosed the issue, so I called to get approval as instructed. The amount of the claim was denied due to cost and I was told I would receive some options within 24 hours. I waited until Monday and was told they were still working it. On Wednesday, I was emailed only a replacement option of the entire system and they were only going to credit me $500 and I would have to pay $6700, vs just repairing which was $1000. I asked about repair and they said they would get back to me. 2 days later, no return emails or phone calls, so I called again and they said they would only give me $300 for repair, which I was already out the $60 deductible and $120 service call! Due to the cold temps, I stopped fighting with them, and got the repair done on my own and told Liberty I would just submit the invoice after the repair. I submitted the invoices as requested, both via email and I even uploaded them to my claim via the app. Following Tues, still nothing so I called and they said they didn't receive anything so I did it again and they are now processing my claim for a whopping $300, even though I had to pay the $60 deductible and $120 for the service charge + $1000 for repairs.

This company outsources to foreigners, and I could never speak to anyone who spoke clear English. They don't return emails, phone calls or online chats, even tho they constantly stated they would within 24 hours. The repair took over a week on a critical system even tho contract says 24-48 hours.

Absolutely terrible customer service and I'm now canceling my renewal. Do NOT use them!
