do not use this company! they are the worst there is! it will take you weeks to get a technician to your home. When the tehnician does finally come they will not approve the most basic of repairs so the technician has to return yet again wasting technician time. This is why they cannot find technicians in a timely manner. Nobody likes having their time disrespected. God forbid you need an appliance replaced. They will ask you to wait 12 hours knowing the appliance is not available and never tell you. You find out when you beat someone down enough to get a number for the shipping company and call to find out for yourself. This company's processes are broken and have the nerve on their recording to say they were rated #1 by us news and world! for what the worst service possible?
