I recently purchased the Bosch® 800 Series 30" Black Stainless Steel Slide In Gas Range from LH Brubaker Appliances, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed. The range not only looks sleek in my kitchen but also cooks food evenly and efficiently. The additional savings available made it a great deal. The staff at LH Brubaker was helpful and knowledgeable, making my shopping experience delightful.

On October 16, 2020, our washing machine malfunctioned and filled the house with smoke. Spoke with L.H. Brubaker and learned that there was a 5 year warranty on the washing machine. We got the washer in the summer of 2017, so it was covered under warranty. Repair man came on November 3, 2020. He needed parts. We never heard anything back from L.H. Brubaker. My wife called around January 1, 2021 to inquire about the part. Shortly after my wife called, L.H. Brubaker called back and said the part was in (showing that they were inattentive, why do we have to call to prompt about part that is in?). They came back with a part to fix on January 19, 2021. They needed another part. They came back with another part on February 2, 2021. There were still issues with the washer, so the repairman did further trouble shooting on February 8, 2021. We have not heard back from Brubaker since that time. We have been without a washer since October 16, 2020.

I ordered a refrigerator from a national big box chain in September. At Halloween I got a call that it was in, and delivery was scheduled for the following Monday. That Friday, I got a call that the fridge wasn't in and delivery was scheduled for January 15th. They arrived on the 15th, ignored my comments about taking the doors off to bring it in, and managed to damage my porch, doorway, entryway drywall, stairs, and railing, not to mention ripped the water line off the back of the unit and put dents into 3 side and scratches on the front. Was told a replacement wouldn't be available until March 12th. I saw the Fridge on Brubaker's web site and emailed for availability. They got back to me the following morning that they could have it in a week! Ordered it up, cancelled the big box unit, and it arrived in 6 days was was installed on the 8th. James and Dwayne were excellent! I showed them where the last delivery went wrong, and they removed the doors and brought it in without damage to anything. A very difficult delivery due the house construction, but they did an amazing job. Should have gone to Brubaker's in the first place! The fridge works well and is what we hoped for. Thanks Brubaker's!
