We are very frustrated we sent in a phone case for an lg dual v60 thinq for repair about 2 months ago. When we received the phone case is was for an older model and was not even compatible with our phone. We were told that in order for us to get our phone case we would need to send back the one that was sent in error. We sent back the phone case that was sent in error on 9/30/20 and has been stuck in texas (not our fault) and yet we still have not received our phone case that we paid 84.00 to be repaired. We are very frustrated with your customer service as no one is able to resolve our issue of getting back our dual screen phone case that we paid to have it repaired, again we have been dealing with this for over 2 months now and we are very pissed off and frustrated with your customer service. We have spoken to numerous employees including several supervisors and we still don't have our phone. We need this issue escalated immediately and we need to get back what is ours!!! please have someone reach out us that can help us resolve this issue immediately.
