My wife leased the Lexus RX 450 3 years ago. Her lesse is about to be up and thank goodness. We always rotated the tires and adjusted the tire pressure. Plus, she drives very carefully. One day, I get a call from her that the vehicle was shaking. She pulled over and sent me a pic of the front tire (completely blown) and rim damage. She never hit a pot hole. Mire important, our 10 month old daughter was in the car. I find out at only 27,000 miles the two frknt tires are bald. Lexus did nothing for us. Plus, there were 2 recalls we never found out about. We have to get the tires replaced and we have to replace a rim. Called corporate and he said he couldn't do anything. Never get a leased vehicle from these shady business people. The vehicles are not safe and they could care less about customer safety. Furthermore, I work as an overnight nurse and spent half the day with no sleep dealing with this knowing I had to work again that night.

Desired outcome: Nothing. They did nothing for us! We had to fix the tires. You're welcome Lexus, you have two brand new tires for the next sucker who leases the car.
