Levi Strauss & Co. review: navy skinny jeans

Hi there, I bought my first pair of Levi jeans on black Friday and wore them for the first time on Monday with a new white jumper I also bought that day.
The new jeans stained the bottom of the jumper blue and after two washes there are still visible stains. I'm not sure if this is just a normal thing with Levi and they should be washed before wearing - but I mentioned multiple times to the shop assistants (who were in fact wonderful) that these were my first ever pair of Levis and received to warnings that they could ruin other pieces of clothing.
Mainly all I would really like from this is the cost of the jumper reimbursed so I can get a new one please - I will send a receipt for reimbursement if you are happy to comply.
