Levi Strauss & Co. levi 511 jeans

I bought a pair of levis 511 jeans two months ago size w31 l32 and a large rip has occurred along the left hand seam of the back right pocket. I am a loyal levi's customer and this has never happened before hence my notice of complaint and disappointment at what is a favourite item of mine. I would like you to see the attached photo which highlights the problem. I do not want a refund but would consider a replacement pair from levi's. Levi Strauss & Co. levi's 505 jeans

I bought a pair of 505 jeans for my son, and less than a month later (only worn 4 times), and a huge hole ripped in the crotch of the pants. When I inspected the pants I noticed that the jeans are showing a lot of wear. I'm very upset that I purchased such poor quality of jeans. I specifically bought levi brand for quality. I won't be wasting my money again.

Levi Strauss & Co. lost return slip

Last aug18, 2017 I purchased levi's overall jeans from your store zalora I made purchased 9 items from your store with different brands unfortunately among 9 items that I purchased the levi's overall jeans doesn't fit my size so I made another purchase and it is now on its way for delivery I wanted to return my first purchase but I can no longer find the return slip. As you can review on my account I am really your regular customer so please kindly advise me on what to do.

Levi Strauss & Co. loose fit straight leg carpenter jeans

Why did you stop making this style of jeans. I'm an electrtian working construction and these jeans were perfect for the job, extra room in the legs and butt and side pockets to put all your tools. Please consider bringing the carpenter jean back we miss them. I'm sure there is a market for these jeans, not everyone can wear skinny jeans and quite honestly I don't like the new styles. You are limiting your base to a certain demography and it's not fair to everyone else. Open your horizons and see the big picture. Thx for your time

Levi Strauss & Co. belt loops

517 and 514 style levi jeans. Purchased 4 pairs in past one year.
Belt loop above back pockets have detached at stitch closest to
The pocket one 3 of these pairs. Broke after 3 washes.
Levi company should repair or replace. Many complaints found online.

Purchased 02/01/2016 thru 4/01/2017.

Levi Strauss & Co. levis 501

Sub standard quality. Purchased from john lewis, exeter uk 21 aug 2016 and they are thread bare on the [censor] already. It's not like they've been put through the mill. I am an office worker. At â£90 a pop and having always purchase levis I am very surprised and upset by the the lack of quality for a brand that i've always considered to represent quality.
Receipt can be produced.

Levi Strauss & Co. jeans

My husband has been wearing levi's jeans for many years and the last year the quality has completely gone down hill! We have even tried buying them from different stores to see if that made a difference and sadly it did not! We bought 3 pairs of jeans 2 weeks ago from kohls in colorado and all 3 have holes one the crotch completely ripped open and the back on both of the other pairs have holes right above the pocket and the 4th pair you see in the picture is a few months older but again the pocket is tearing. My husband works in a call center so it's not a physical job at all that these pants should be tearing like this. We are not rich so wasting money on jeans that only last two weeks is just not an option for us!

Levi Strauss & Co. 3 pair fade shorts

I bought a black pair of levi cargo snap shorts. They fade in sunlight, this is my 2nd pair to fade of the black and the store will no longer exchange. I also just recently noticed that the blue pair have also started to fade from sunlight hitting 1 leg. Why have shorts (summer wear) if the fade from sunlight? I have pairs of shorts that cost $40+ dollars that aren't worth the value.

Levi Strauss & Co. 505 jeans

I have purchased multiple 505/ 550 jeans and within several weeks they begin to develop small holes. These holes larger as they are warn and ultimately have to be discarded. This has happened on muliple purchases and continues to be an isssue. I have always purchased levi jeans; however, these issues will likely make me look for a company that has better quality control on their products.

Levi Strauss & Co. poor quality & store refusal to exchange

I bought a pair of 501 ct jeans in august. I paid full price of $89.50 at the 34th street store, just down from where I live in manhattan. Three months later they have frayed and torn just below the button fly. I took them back to the same store and asked for a replacement. I had my credit card receipt with me showing the date and time of the transaction. The manager daniel reyes said that the problem "is not unusual" and agreed to exchange the jeans. He then noticed that I had cut off the washing label instructions on the inside - so he now couldn't do the exchange. I asked what difference that makes, and that I just wanted a replacement of exactly the same jeans from the same store. He said he "just can't do it" and was abrupt and quite rude. I have only ever owned levi's jeans - almost 40 years of brand loyalty. But mr reyes and his attitude has caused me to question my trust in levi's. I'm very disappointed.

Levi Strauss & Co. levi 505 jeans ripped pocket, complaint email and not resolved

My husband and I were on vacation in tennessee november 2015 and stopped by to pick up a pair of jeans for him... When he put them on that night the belt loop came loose (I told him I would repair that when we got home). Now in december and after wearing probably 3-4 times the back pocket area completely ripped out (and this was with wearing only a couple of hours each time and only on shopping trips with me). I sent pictures and a complaint 2/13/16 to what I am guessing was headquarters customer service only to hear nothing. I was only requesting a replacement.

Levi Strauss & Co. jeans

I bought a pair of 710 skinny jeans just 4months ago and it ripped. I emailed levi's customer service and they replied either to head back to the store I got it from, or to mail it back for review. So I went to the store and the store personnel told me cause I wash my jeans too often. I know jeans are not meant to be washed and all I did was hand wash and lightly dip it in soap water just once so far. And she said cause I wore it for a long time. I repeated that this pair of jeans is just 4 months only and that's a long time?! She said yes. I'm appalled by the quality and customer service. Not what I was expecting from levi's.

Levi Strauss & Co. 559 jeans

3 months ago, I purchased 3 pairs of 559 levi jeans from a local retailer. I buy them very loose so that they don't hug my thighs or crotch. I cannot wear jeans for work and I live in nc so I wear jeans maybe 4 or 5 times a month in the winter.

In the 3 months, all 3 pairs of jeans have tears near the back pockets, each pair has been washed less than 10 times. On one pair, not only did a belt loop rip off at the bottom seam but when I sat down in my car, the entire bottom of the jeans tore from the zipper to the crotch seam and across.

Unbelievable level of poor quality. Even better is when I went to the levi website to try and complain, the email that was sent bounced back to me as undeliverable. Sigh.

Levi Strauss & Co. blue jeans

I've been planning to write to levi strauss jeans about their blues jeans for a while now. I know they don't/won't care in the slightest bit but here I go... I have wore levi's all my life and i'm now 54 yrs. Old. I will never purchase another one of your crappy products again, in fact I bad mouth levi's every chance I get. Your blue jeans use to be the best ever made, now they fall apart in a matter of weeks if not days. I've got levi's that are 25 yrs. Old and still in good shape. I also see from other reviews that i'm not the only one that feels this way. Come on levi's! What's going on? I bought my first pair of wranglers jeans the other day, I have always said i'd never purchase a crappy wrangler product but hey look at me... So say bye bye to me, but always remember i'm out here trash talking your crappy jeans... P.S. I would have much prefered to use my nasty foul mouth in this letter but you've been spared this time...

Levi Strauss & Co. jeans

I own 9 pairs of levi's jeans. The majority I have purchased directly from them at their website, mainly 501's and 514's. 7 of the 9 have ripped out at the crotch. I heard that this was because of how people wear their jeans (too low) which is not my problem, and they fit perfectly, so they aren't too tight by any means. Over the last few years, I have taken them in to have extra denim put in the crotch. Then I realized, why do I keep doing this? Obviously something has happened in the quality department at levi's over the last few years, and until its fixed, there is no reason for me to purchase their jeans anymore. If you are looking to purchase new denim, look for something that doesn't rip after a couple months. Just my 2 cents.

I bought one pair Levi's 514 from Costco about a month ego, wore them 10 times, washed once, unbelievable crappy quality.Belt loops were fallen out almost immediately, crotch area on 10 day huge hole like I wore them for years . Material like cheese cloth, even worse. I used ti live in Russia and Levy's jeans were one of the symbols of USA .(quality, durability ...) What happened to you ? Never again Levi's .

Levi Strauss & Co. 501 jeans

I have 3 pairs of jeans that wore out in the crotch within 2 months. I am not hard on them, my job has me sitting at a computer 85%. I decided to replace them and bought 3 more pair. We washed them in cold water and dried on low heat. When I went to put a pair on they had shrunk at least 2 sizes. I cannot get them on and I have lost weight in the last month so its not me. I have worn levis for 30 or more years and have never had an issue with the size so off went the tags and the little side tag on the back. No way the store would take them back, so I am stuck with them I guess. With the cost a consumer should get what they pay for.

Levi Strauss & Co. non receipt of jeans which was purchased and given for alteration

My name is vegiraju ravichand. I have purchased jeans on 12th december, 2015 at levis showroom in forum mall at kukatpally, hyderabad and given for alternation on the same day (alteration slip attached). Bill copy and hdfc bank payment receipt are also attached for reference. On the same day i.e. 12th december, 2015, I left to usa.

I asked my sister, shailaja vegiraju to collect the jeans.
First visit: jan 4th – my sister shows the bill and alteration slip and to her surprise, the levi’s salesperson said he doesn’t have the jeans and may be some other person has taken it by claiming he lost the bill. My sister respectfully said that she will give them time to search for it and come back the next day.
Second visit: jan 5th: my sister and also my mom, mrs. Vijayalakshmi vegiraju went to the store. They demanded that when we have the bill and alteration slip, how can you say that someone else has taken the jeans? Salesperson said he will search all his stock and call us within a week.
No call for a whole week.
Jan 12: my mother went to the store again. Salesperson says he wants two days more time.
Jan 17: my mom went once again. Salesperson asks her to come after a week, by then he will search it, if not he will inform a higher authority and pay the money refund.
Jan 25: finally having run out of patience, this time my mother and my uncle, mr. Klp raju went to the store. This time, the salesperson changes his words completely (to the shock of my mom) and says that he is 100 percent sure that some stranger claimed to be ravi and already took the jeans so he wont help us anymore. His tone is very rude and he is completely disrespectful.
How can this man give away a jeans without taking the alteration bill? We have an original bill and alteration slip, we waited for three weeks and we are being treated this way.
Please help us.

Levi Strauss & Co. problem with returning jeans

I sent a pair of jeans I bought on 9/15, from the website levi.com, back for a refund, (on 9/25) followed all directions completely and still have not received the refunded amount back to my original payment. (today is 11/8) I have contacted the company through their online chat mode and through their customer service email, and each time someone has said that "more time is needed to investigate the return". I'm unsure of what that means. I did not detach any tags, did not wear them out of the house or wash them. I tried them on and returned them through ups within about 5 days (return policy says I have within 60 days to return). I have bought jeans from levi.com many times, and I have returned jeans to them a few times with no problems at all. I would really like to resolve this dispute, but am unsure of what to do at this point. The jeans were over $200, and I would just like my money back.

Well I would just like to say that product quality has gone down the drain. I have purchased these jeans 550's all my life & I can not believe how bad the quality of product has gone down. I have worn 4 pairs of new jeans maybe 6 times & they are literally falling apart. Tearing by the back pockets & side pockets, zippers malfunctioning, button coming apart. At $39.99 for a pair you guys are nuts, I am sorry but I will not buy levi jeans again. They will need to prove themselves to me, the quality of product they are producing is horrible I just can't believe this. Levis jeans are totally bad now days. I will most likely be buying an alternative product from now on. So good by levis! Hope you are listening before you guys start getting laid off & shutting down your factories.

They do this intentionally and hope customers buy their by design defective products again and again. There are own departments doing nothing else than find out how to make product lifespan short. They even have an own term for it: "planned obsolescence".
Boycott such companies!
Since Levi jeans are also got, compared to the past, worse cuts, it is not hard to boycott Levi.

Levi Strauss & Co. 501 button fly jeans

I have been wearing levi's jeans for more than 30 years, however lately, and its not that my body has changed a great deal (because it hasn't) the seam in the crotch has torn in the last 7 pair of 501's. Please see attached photo. This is exponentially frustrating for me due to the fact that I prefer my jeans once they have become faded and "broke in", but by the time that they are at the stage of ultimate comfort, there is a hole in the crotch rendering them unwearable!

I have had the same thing happen to me in the last year, 3 pairs to be exact! Another issue I have with the last three is that they shrunk to the point I cannot button them all the way. Not getting fat, washing them in cold also. Since you can't return them I guess I am screwed. I suppose if I could wear them I would have the same issue with the crotch.
