Man, let me tell you, Dynamite Clothing has got to have the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life! Like, seriously, it's mind-boggling. So get this, right? They said my message would be sent to the finance team, and it might take up to 10 business days for them to get back to me. Well, guess what? It's been exactly 10 days, and I haven't heard a peep from 'em. Can you say frustrating?

So, I thought, "Hey, why not give 'em a call?" I dialed up their number and asked about my refund situation. You know what they said? They said the manager is looking into it, and it might take a whopping 3 weeks. Three weeks! Can you believe the nerve of these guys? The tracking information provided on November 25, 2019 indicated that Canada Post had received electronic information about a package being submitted, but unfortunately, the package was never actually submitted to them. To make matters worse, they have already charged me for this item, and yet, I still haven't received it. Frustrated, I decided to open a ticket on December 6, 2019, hoping for a prompt response and a resolution to my problem. However, it has been quite some time now, and I have yet to receive any sort of response or solution from them.

Honestly, I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before shopping online with Dynamite Clothing. It seems that if you don't receive something you've ordered, chances are you'll never see your item or get your money back! In my desperation, I have called their customer service line multiple times, only to be put on hold for what feels like an eternity. And when I finally do get through to someone, all I hear is that they are "investigating" the issue. Well, let me tell you, a simple solution like resending the item or refunding my money would be more than fine with me. They can continue their investigation on their own time. After all, shouldn't the customer come first, especially someone like me who has spent thousands of dollars at their store?
