Dynamite Clothing Frustrating Experience with Dynamite Clothing: Unreachable Customer Service and Return Process

I had such a frustrating experience with Dynamite Clothing. The return instructions on their website said to contact them via email or phone, but guess what? Both of those options were out of service! Can you believe it? I even tried using the "contact me" info on their site, but the phone number led me to some medical response company and the email just didn't go through. Ugh, talk about a major letdown. It's so annoying when you can't even get in touch with a company to resolve an issue. I mean, at least it seems like some other people were able to get through to them, but why was it so difficult for me? It's just not fair.
