On the 24 July i did an online order for the following products.

Insulation Pipe 15mmx10mmx2m
Qty 2
R 164.00
Radiant Barrier Ultra Double Sided 45M

R 2 698.00

The order was successful and i paid, on Wednesday the store phoned me and informed me that they don't have stock, but they do have the same product the length differs, and I said it is fine I will take it.

After a few days i queried my order just to find that the order is cancelled. Don't know who gave permission to do so.

I send numerous email to [protected]@leroymerlin.co.za and [protected]@leroymerlin.co.za with no solution.

This is really unacceptable.

Desired outcome: I want my ordered to be delivered.
