Leroy Merlin purchase never received

on the [protected] I placed an order at Leroy Merlin I fully paid for it floor tiles and the date of delivery [protected].after several visits to the store several calls I still have no answer on whether on not I will receive product. some employees recommended I should cancel order others said they would look into it and call me back and they have not.

Desired outcome: A yes or no answer if I can have my floor tiles within this week and if not a full cash refund with a coupon of some reasonable amount to show some respect to my personal time in chase of their employees

Leroy Merlin 50 items at 50% off

I placed an order for several items online.
order number 48373 4 items were available at the Boksburg branch which i ordered and paid for.

the other items were not available at Boksburg but were at Greenstone. I was unable to change my store location to Greenstone via the online app and sent an email to Leroy Merlin South Africa

instead of ordering the items and placing them in my "shopping cart" for payment - Desree Manganye just sent the email back and forth asking if i were able to order. She effectively and efficiently did absolutely nothing!

We pay for "customer service" and the new South Africa rewards us with abysmal inefficient, in fact completely and utterly NO SERVICE what so ever.

I want these four items as was intended at the 50% price.

Order fully paid online.
Delivery not made, told there is no stock.
Website mentions 8 available for delivery immediately.

Bathroom manager does not respond to emails, or answer phone.

Online clerk asked if I could get a refund, plumbers are onsite, and standing time will be charged to Leroy Merlin.

Leroy Merlin Parasol

We bought this umbrella last july. We have recently moved so the umbrella has not been used much. It has started to frayed as I will send the photo. You can see through the material. As you can see we had it delivered with garden furniture we also bought that day. As we were told when buying this item it was very tough and could be used easily in the sun. At night we do put the umbrella down so it is not constant in the sun only when it is sunny do we put it up. We cannot return the items to the shop as it's too big and we paid for it to be delivered

I have waited 6 weeks for an order only to be told for the third time there is a problem ! Order again.
They never respond or give a reason why they constantly get it wrong. Customer service is a joke. They cannot deliver to your home or even to there own store in the given time

Leroy Merlin Pellet burner fuocovivo

A quien corresponda,

He comprado una estufa de pellets de Leroy Merlin en Febrero. He pagado para que sea instalado por Leroy Merlin. Al segundo dia de tener la estufa empezo a dar errores. Llame a Leroy para informarles, enviaron un tecnico a nuestra casa. El tecnico reviso la maquina y no pudo encontrar ninguna problema y que solo tuvimos que regular la maquina, asi que se fue. Esta misma noche continuo apagandose con los mismos errores.

Llamamos de nuevo, y de nuevo vino el tecnico. Esto occurio al menos cuatro veces y el tecnico no pudo repararlo. El quinto vez vino el tecnico de nuevo, el tecnico abrio la maquina y dijo que los cables estaban muy sucios y tambien se soprendio cuando le dije que era una maquina nueva, no de segunda mano. Limpio la maquina y me dijo que la maquina volveria a funcionar con normalidad, no he podido ponerlo a prueba porque el tecnico tuvo que quitar la puerta porque despues de un mes de tener la maquina, la pintura habia empezado a descascarillarse. Asi que quito la puerta el 3 de Mayo. No se NADA de la puerta en absoluto y estamos en Septiembre ( 13/09/2021) Fui a Leroy para informar de que no habia oido nada y todavia no se ha hecho nada. Me he puesto en contacto con el mismo tecnico quien se lo llevo el 3 de Mayo y me ha dicho que probablemente la empresa se ha perdido la puerta.

Puesto que hemos esperado tanto tiempo para is puerta y que la maquina quemaba mal, por dentro de la maquina esta oxidado. No conformo con una nueva puerta! Me gustaria una nueva maquina o la devolucion de mi dinero.

Este comportamiento es absolutamente repugnante y estoy muy decepcionada con ambas partes. Compre la estufa en buena fe y esperaba que funcionara segun los estandares correctos, estos estandares no se han cumplido y deseo presentar una queja formal sobre esta situacion. Me gustaria que me dieran una solucion. Creo que ya he esperado bastante, este problema comenzo en Febrero y estamos en Septiembre

Leroy Merlin Pellet burner

Leyroy merlin malaga - you should be ashamed - my daughter purchased a pellet burner from your store in january of this year. She opted, and paid, to have your installers. Hopefully to ensure a correct installation. A surveyor was sent to ensure that the necessary equipment - tubes and pipes - would arrive with the installer. The man arrived - with the wrong equipment and had to leave the site to purchase pipe! This alone highlights a weakness in your service.
From the day it was installed to this day in september - it has not worked!
My daughter told you repeatedly about the problem - your response has been to treat her with complete indifferance! You have her money - and seemingly that's all you care about.
Several engineers were sent but non of them fixed the problem. Despite repetaed complaints - you remained completely indifferent! Where is your customer service? Where is your pride?
During summer paint started to peel off the door - the unit had not been used! This made me think that this is a reconditioned unit - sold as new? An engineer came and took the door.
After repeated visits to the store the situation has not changed. I implore you to correct this situation as soon as possible.
Because of your actions so far I give you fair warning …… I will post this open letter on your fb page ……. If you do not respond I will post on all fb pages throughout andalucía ……. If you still do not respond I shall contact the press and hold an in store demonstration during december to advise those thinking of purchasing a heating system of how you have treated my daughter. I shall also present you with an invoice for my time.
I am sorry that it has had to come to this - but you force my hand with your complete indifference.

Leroy Merlin Very bad pick up department in Leroy Merlin in Wroclaw ul. Krakowska

I am very disappointed. We spent 4 hours in the store just to pick up my already paid order.There is 4-6 mans working in the pick up department in Wroclaw ul Krakowska, but it take them 4 hours to bring 4 small pack of tiles from the back. One pack was all broken tiles so he went on the back and took him 1 hour again to bring again broken pack of tiles it took him 4 tries to finally give me a not defected tiles. This happen 6 days ago and same happen to me today it took over a hour to get my order and there was no other costumers. I will not be going back to that store again.

Leroy Merlin wood cutting service

I wanted some panels cutting to required size for wardrobe project.
When I handed the man at the cutting counter the list he looked and said it's not possible to cut a piece 20cm wide.
He said 230 was the minimum and told me I need to buy more material (wood panel)
My point is that the sheet I wanted cutting was 60cm x 244cm.
I wanted one-piece 120cm x 39cm, one-piece 65cm x 39cm.
and one-piece 120cm x 20cm.
I used a beam saw for over 8 years in my trade at a kitchen and bedroom company, so I know he was incorrect.
After cutting the vertical at 12cm, then the horizontal at 39cm the remaining piece is 20.7 this allowing for a 3mm blade cut all he had to do was drop the cutting head by 4mm and pass it over the offcut which would now be 20cm.
The remainder of the board used for the 65cm x 39cm.
This is obviously a ploy to get clients to buy more product.
It is a terrible way to treat customers.

Leroy Merlin Timer gf48 green

Reported this product to not be working on the 18 July 2021, received feedback from Danielle Kruger on the 21 July 2021, it was still under warranty and they would arrange collection. I have since emailed her 3 times, 28 July, 3 August and 13 August, with no reply.

I have also tried to resolve this via their Whatsapp option, but this automated system fails miserably, with it auto-resetting due to the long wait times.

Called today, 24/08/2021 to find out what is happening, with Danielle Kruger cutting me off and then putting my call on hold each time I called back, so unable to resolve the issue.

Shocking customer service.

Leroy Merlin Unethical behaviour

Dear manager,
19.08.2021, app 7 PM, in Kyiv, Ukraine i visited Lerya Merlen shop, which is located on Saperna Slobidska street No 26.
I`ve visited together with my son Yarema, department Garden Tools and had "great communication" with your emploteer Oleksiy Saveniya. I asked him about tool in Ukrainian language, but he answered me in russian language. This violates the law of Ukraine on language, namely paragraph 30 https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/2704-19#n553
I asked him in very polite way to switch on our local, government language according to local law. He was very aggressive and started talking that thi law didn`t exist and he is not required to speak on client language.
My son left a compliant and we talked with Director. She promised to solve it. I asked you check it to avoid the same accident in the future

Leroy Merlin Manguera/hose

I bought a geolia comfort garden hose in 12th August. Left it out for 24 hours to straighten but when I tried to use it, it linked and twisted and was impossible to use. Returned to Leroy Merlín on Santiago de Compostela as unfit for purpose. They told me I had no idea how to use a hose despite me using 3 geolia hoses each day. I found that offensive. They refused to change or reimburse the purchase even though it is not usable. I am disgusted with Leroy Merlín and will not be using the store again despite doing so for 14 years.

Leroy Merlin Kitchen

Spent €5000 on a kitchen. They delivered and installed half of it over a month delayed, then we chased for the rest which took another month to be delivered. Now we've been chasing for weeks for someone to come finish installing. They said they would be here August 10th, but no one came. No one called nothing, so we went again and spoke to them and complained. They promised to come today but again nothing. No call, no email, nothing at all. Trird to call them and even with my order number etc. They have no clue what I'm talking about.

Leroy Merlin Items never received no response from customer services

I ordered several items from Leroy Merlin in June and I have been chasing four of them which have either never arrived or have come damaged. I have sent emails requesting information and help and they have all gone unanswered despite the website advising contact will be made in 48 hours.

Order No 324633 only one of two items received

Order No 324634 say they have been delivered but not to me

Order No 322685 say they were refused delivery, but no by me

Order No 076284 Delivered damaged no replacement received or refund

Leroy Merlin Supply of defective timber from leroy merlin campinas

Order number e152ed2j27e32 the timber was delivered but found to be very poor quality and returned for refund. I have checked my accounts regularly since it was collected by your transport in january 2021 but to date I have not received any refund or correspondence from leroy merlyn, my
E-mails and whatsapp's have not been answered by you.
I have to date continued to buy from your campinas anhanguera branch and hope you can quickly resolve this problem because I have been waiting for 8 months now an absolute disgrace.

Leroy Merlin Paid for 2 medena jardin chairs at leroy merlin marbella for home del but not got them. I want my money back

We order 30 juni 2021, 2 chairs "medena" in your store Marbella and paid for home del to hacienda elviria blq 31 apt 6. You could not manage to deliver this in time so a guy from customerservice madrid +[protected] called me friday 9 july and told me that I will have my money back because of trouble with delivery.
I still not have got my money back so please transfer it to either my mastercard I used for paying [protected]

Leroy Merlin Kitchen work top

I bought 3 marble effect work tops, they were fitted and within 1 week they are very badly scratched, the kitchen is not getting used as a kitchen yet so gets very little use. 1 cup on the bench which was moved even scratched it. Kitchen work tops are suppose to be durable not damaged by less than normal wear within 1 week. These should not be sold as Kitchen work tops. Photos can be sent

Leroy Merlin Delay of kitchen installation

Dear Sir/Madam

Ref: Official Complaint - Kitchen Installation Presupuesto No: 347230 - Client No: [protected]

With reference to my kitchen installation. Please find below a description of what has happened

1. We ordered a new kitchen on Friday 16th April 2021.

2. This was then paid for on Wednesday 12th May 2021.

3. Your installer tried to come round and take measurements and was told he could not do so as the walls and floor had not been re-constructed so he said he would come at a later date.

4. We instructed La Pobla (El Osito) Valbona to deliver the units and appliances after Tuesday 8th June 2021 as we had workmen re-constructing our floor, walls and bathroom at the same time.

5. Apparently you tried to deliver all the units and appliances whilst we were away and work was still being carried out and our workmen would not sign for receiving these goods. We only found out this week from Maria. We stressed that the delivery could not take place until after Tuesday 8th June 2021.

6. When we came back on Tuesday 8th June 2021 we called in to see Maria and enquired as to when the units would arrive and when would the installer come round to take final measurements as the walls and floors had now been completed.

7. On the Monday 14th June 2021 we sent an email to Maria asking when Javier (installer) would come round to re-measure as we were getting very anxious.

8. On the Saturday 19th June 2021 we sent another email to Maria asking for clarification when the installer intends to do the work.

9. On Monday 21st June 2021 I received an email from Maria stating that some furniture was to arrive and when we received them they would start the assembly possibly in 10 days' time which would be Thursday 1st July 2021. But I was not happy about this.

10. On Saturday the 26th June 2021 we saw and spoke with Maria who informed and promised that the installer would telephone us on Monday the 28th June 2021.

11. On Tuesday 29th June 2021 we wrote an email to Maria stating that the installer had not been in contact with us with a date for installation.

12. On the Wednesday 30th June 2021 we sent the installer a message via WhatsApp informing him that we had been told at Leroy via Maria that the units were in the warehouse and that he would telephone us to arrange a date for installation, unfortunately we had no response.

13. On the Saturday 3rd July 2021 we still had no contact with the installer. On that same evening the installer WhatsApp and told me workmen will be coming on Monday 5th July 2021 to install our units.

14. On Monday 5th July 2021 two men arrived at 10.00 a.m. but we had no units. They then left after speaking with the installer.

15. On Monday 5th July 2021 I wrote to Maria to inform her of the situation. Also I forwarded her a message that I sent via WhatsApp to the installer.

16. On Tuesday 6th July 2021 I received an email from Leroy (Briggs) tracking service asking to rate the installer. (How do you expect me to rate the installer when we haven't had a delivery of units and no sign of the installer)

17. On Tuesday the 6th July 2021 I received an email from Maria stating that delivery had been sent to me whilst I was away to allow the workmen to finish the re-construction. (please note point 4) Maria stated in her email that she had created a works order for the units to be delivered immediately and that the installer has an order to start the same day that we received them. (Unfortunately the installer did not start and put off the installation for another week)

18. On Tuesday the 6th July 2021 I wrote back to Maria stating why they delivered the units whilst I was away when I instructed them to deliver after Tuesday 8th June 2021.

19. On Tuesday the 6th July 2021 Maria replied that the workmen did not want to accept responsibility for the kitchen units as they were not expected until after the 8th June 2021.

20. On Tuesday 6th July 2021 I was informed that some appliances would be delivered to me by telephone

21. On Wednesday 7th July 2021 I wrote back to Maria stating that the appliances had arrived at 10.00 a.m. and asked when the units would be delivered.

22. On Wednesday 7th July 2021 I wrote back to Maria stating that the units had arrived safely at 13.30 p.m. I also WhatsApp the installer asking when he will be installing my kitchen. Later on in the day the installer replied stating that he would be coming in a week's time which would be Tuesday the 13th July 2021. I forwarded this message to Maria if she could try to sort this matter out as a matter of urgency but had no response from Maria.

23. On Wednesday 7th July 2021 I wrote back to Maria stating that all the kitchen units were outside of the house and that we would have to move them inside ourselves which took over 3 hours to do in the blistering heat. I also enclosed pictures too Maria.

24. On Thursday 8th July 2021 I received a telephone call from someone at Leroy apologising but stated the installer would only come on Tuesday 13th July 2021 as he is busy. (We are not very happy with this outcome)

We wish to thank Maria Del Carmen Albarrilla for her patience and consideration and help with trying to resolve the urgency of the situation.

As you can see this has been a massive disaster in communications with warehouse, shipping and the installer.

As you may now be aware I have had NO kitchen for the last 2 months eating sandwiches for so long and having to eat out (unnecessarily) which can be expensive. As you can see I am not very happy with this outcome and this should have been installed a long time ago as June the 8th was the date given by me.

After what I have gone through and having NO kitchen for over 2 months a kind gesture of compensation would be very much appreciated

Leroy Merlin Delivery of doors bought

we ordered doors online from your online store, we were contacted to say that they did not have stock of the one door and it is on order. my husband requested that the other doors are to be delivered this was on the evening of the 13th of June. on the 16th of June we visited the store and ordered more doors and we were promised delivery the next day. today is the 22 June and still no delivery, I have my builders waiting and every day we are promised delivery. never again will we purchase anything from Leroy Merlin, please can we have our doors and windows delivered urgently.

Leroy Merlin Franke Nouveau kitchen sink

We recently bought a new Franke Nouveau kitchen sink from your Boksburg branch as we had our kitchen completely redone. We have had Franke products before and the quality was good and for that reason we bought Franke again. However, we are extremely unhappy and disgraced with the quality of the product. We have hardly used the sink and already there are scratches and marks on the sink without even in full use. We are taking special care but the product just seems not be the same quality as previous products. We have been in touch with Franke Manufacturers but unfortunately they are based in Durban and we in Johannesburg. We are willing to upgrade to a better, more expensive Franke product hoping that this might solve the problem. Spending more than R200000 on a brand new kitchen, 1 product make our kitchen looks cheap and unfinished. Hoping that you can assist us in this matter before we take this to Social Media.
